Steven is the best person to purchase a car friend. Honest, friendly and truly cares. My daughter and I needed a new car urgently. We showed up 10mins till closed and, Altho the end of the day, Steven quickly greeted us and asked how to help. He didn’t hesitate with any time and got our paperwork going. Happy to say we are driving home with a new car. Our payments are reasonable. We have a beautiful car and Steven and everyone at Patriot Auto made this family happy!

Decent process. Low on staff for how busy they are. Only gripe is that I had to come back the next day due to the wait. Get there early!

My experience at the patriot auto dealer ship in Baltimore,Md was everything thing Positive from my initial phone call just inquiring on a vehicle I had seen on line speaking with Jan on that call and she making my appointment with Mr. Jason Gray then the Warm welcome greeting I received from Wendy upon me entering the establishment . Then another warm welcome from Mr. Gray ..who took the time to find out my need and affordability on the vehicle of my choice. Mr. Gray has definitely chosen a profession that he has expertise in. Referencing in customer service, knowledge of his products and a very patient with his customers. I have purchased a few vehicles over my 40 years of driving from various dealerships, some even bigger the Patriots, but I have never received the Excellent service as I received from Patriots dealership in Baltimore,md from Mr. JASON GRAY.. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who I looking to purchase an automobile. This may be a long review , but I cannot say enough how happy and satisfied I am with the service I received at my visit on 7/3/2020. Koodos to Mr. Gray, and thank you I love my new vehicle

I’m so overjoyed that I was able to get the car that I wanted. Jason was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. Jason put my mind at ease and assured that I would be driving out with my Subaru Outback. When he told me I was approved I broke down into tears. I definitely recommend Patriot Auto.

Mr Earl was very professional during the business, clear in information and very hospitable with customers, will recomend him to friends and family if they ever want to get a vehicle. You need more of him to make transactions up and quickly.
