    Like many of the other reviewers on here, I can vouch that the actual car-buying process went smoothly. Stephen was great to deal with and I liked that... there was no pressure. No issues there as they seemed to have a well-oiled process. The problem began during the 30 day process for valid registration and a license plate. Evidently, the out of state title was not sent to my loaning bank. So the dealership sent me a second temporary tag which appeased the situation. 30 days later and they are still trying to get a duplicate title. They had ”received the wrong title” for a “different vehicle” and had to request a duplicate title again. So I am driving around in a car I bought the first week in May, with an expired temp tag and I go back to my Wake County teaching job one week from today (8/20/19). How am I supposed to drive a car to school every day with the risk of getting pulled and fined? For 3 months my family and I have waited, trying to be patient and cordial, especially to Stephen. But the risk of financial repercussions and unlawfulness has removed my patience!

    Hi, Your situation is rare as we have explained and shown documentation to several times. We use floor plan company to purchase vehicles and hold titl...es until sold. We send a electronic request to the company to provide the title once the vehicle sold. The floor plan company at this point overnights the title to us. Due to no fault of our own or the customers the incorrect title was sent and the correct original title was lost by the floor plan company. This is something we could not have control over, or foreseen. We have provided documentation of all of this through the entire process. We also offered to purchase the vehicle back several times before starting a very expensive duplicate title process to which you declined and agreed to wait the potential 60-90 days this would take. I apologize for delay and please understand this is equally frustrating to us.

    This is the second car I have brought from them. Buying a used car is never prefect but CCAB is as close to prefect as you can get. Even My mechanic could... not believe the car was so cheap to be in such great shape!

    I just bought a car from them in April of 2019... I bought the car straight out cash money.. got my 30 day tag then a week before the tags were up for... expiration I called and called and called ended up they had to give me another 30 day tag! Bc something “ wasn’t right on the lease of the vehicle”? personally that’s not my issue it’s my car now I need my tags.. and now it’s going on another 2 weeks since I got the second 30 day tags and I’m trying to call and call and of course no phone number works! Btw my turbo on the car I bought needs a piece on it and my bumper was messed up and door handle piece missing but the owner Alex said he had just drove the car to the beach which I find weird that the owner would be using a vehicle they are selling to drive to the beach on, and then to tell me, “ someone” probably stole the piece... he lies too much bc nobody would steal the piece that was missing without the door handle being messed up! Which is wasn’t scratched if “someone” was in a hurry to take it.. so I find that he doesn’t tell the truth and on top of that he said the car never had been wrecked! Well that’s a lie too bc the whole bottom valance under my car is scratched all to pieces... so if you don’t wanna wait for tags and get a decent car that you won’t be lied to about then don’t buy from them!!!! Save time and your money I know to this day I over paid him for it and it’s another car company I would never buy from neither in Raleigh NC is Hanna imports they are just as bad!! Selling vehicles that my own bank said wasn’t safe to even be test driving..... car companies need to get it together....

    Working with Capital City made my car selling process so easy! I was in and out and got more for my vechile than offers from anywhere else. The owners... were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely do more business here in the future.

    I have purchased three very difficult to find German vehicles from these guys. A B7 Audi A4 S-line with a manual transmission, a short wheelbase BMW E39... 740i and most recently a BMW E46 330 coupe with a manual transmission. I have been satisfied with each purchase and highly recommend this establishment!!

    I love how they took the time to make sure i was satisfied wih the car.I drove from va to nc and called him and he had several people wanted the car but... he held it for me and i appreciate that from him.Because he never made me put a deposit on the car before i got there he gave me his word it would be there if i drove 3hrs .Very nice and curious gentleman.Be a fool to not buy a car from thesed gentleman

    I had to unexpectedly replace my focus after an accident and bought a new Jeep from CCAB. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from these gentlemen.... They are incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling as well as financing from outside lenders, which I needed. From first stepping on to the lot and then to driving away in my new Jeep, I was met with excellent service. I am incredibly pleased with my used car buying experience. I am in love with my new Jeep and I will return here for future purchases !

    Don't buy here, Alex (the Owner)lied about the condition of the vehicle. It needed a new battery, new brake pads and rotors. Air bag light was on, check... engine light was on. Bought the car over the internet and asked if anything needed attention, was told no. They could not unload from the carrier because battery was dead. Vehicle is leaking oil and has numerous problems. Never again.

    John....Don't buy from here ? Why? buyers remorse 5 months after the sale ? You paid for an inspection of your own and were satisfied. We negotiated $...3,000 off the price of the vehicle to accommodate your budget and service concerns. Both Adrian and myself had lengthy conversations about how expensive Porsche Cayanne twin turbo's were to service. That this vehicle is one of the most expensive hyper-luxury vehicles to maintain and would cost $3-4000 per year in service. I apologize that we couldn't continue to discount the vehicle months after the fact for service you were made aware of. Best of luck

    Bought a vehicle from them, it had multiple problems that I found upon test driving and checking vehicle over. The rear heat did not work, abs and stability... trac lights are on, window buttons for doors were broken, and had a smell of antifreeze. They would not fix anything so I offered less and they took it.

    Thanks from your business ! I am honestly confused. I wish we could post email transcripts where we told you before driving about the mentioned issued.... Also, the phone conversation where you attempted to manipulate employees on 11/24 to believing you were promised addition money and parts. Possible the reason for the poor review. We said we were willing to negotiate and you seemed confident being a GMC service advisor of the cost for repairs. I arranged for employees to wait after hours for you and your husband. You came to look that vehicle with your husband, a Ex-GMC technician. We agreed to negotiate the GMC retail repair price off the wholesale priced vehicle. $1900 for a rear heater core, abs module, window switch. Best of luck

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I bought this car on 9/7/18. I am still waiting for my plates AFTER 66 DAYS!! AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR LESS THEN 100... MILES THE HEAD GASKET BLEW!! TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET IT FIXED! OIL CHANGE CRITICAL LIGHT CAME ON AS SOON AS I GOT THE CAR BACK. AFTER 4 CALLS AND NO ONE RETUNING MY CALL ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER EVEN CHANGED THE OIL BEFORE SELLING THE CAR. RUDE OWNER WHO WAS HASSLING ME AS I WAS REMINDED I WAS NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CAR ONLY TO HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS AS WELL AS THE RUN AROUND. I am now driving illegally because this company cant seem to get their act together. 2 months really??? the temp plate works for 30 days, I kept calling them and stopping by and they said it should be any day, then i called the dmv and they said they have received nothing. Then when I went back to the dealership they told me that they just brought it down a few days ago. What were they doing for the last 29 days. Well they said they bring them all in together. Not what they told me the first time as it should not take long at all was all a crock. Why would they lie? Then they had to put another set of temp plates on as now they said there was something about the place they bought it from and the paperwork got screwed up - not my problem. it has now been another 30 days plus and i am tired of calling and getting nowhere! For 66 plus days and still nothing. I paid 6 grand for this car and have had major problems and lack of customer service. One of the employees/owner ALEX was also very rude to me! Having to be with no car for a month as I waited patiently while it was getting fixed while i had no means of transportation. regarding the oil change - I thought this was perhaps a glitch or something incorrect with the computer system, so i called several times and left messages. Finally after calling again - and complaining that no one even calls me back it turns out they never even changed the oil---REALLY. you would think when you are selling a car - a used one it is almost a given that the oil would be changed - but after 2 weeks of calling this was the answer I got. A few months ago I moved back from nyc and did not have a car. After having a few back surgeries an lots of medical bills as well as not being able to work -- my big plan was to drive for uber and lyft. 3 months of being in limbo. This company has cost me lots as I have not been able to do this because of car malfunctions, no legit plates, and for almost a month I did not even have the car. I had to borrow friends and families cars, rent cars, and sadly even take the bus. because of their lack of professionalism and complete lack of urgency i am still not able to make money because of absent and deficient horrible customer service and professionalism. How patient can someone be. I want my money back as this nightmare has to end. What should have been a simple transaction has turned sour. Crappy customer service especially from one of the owners and horrible timing. My last attempt was recently when I spoke to another person there and told him about still no plates and what was the deal with the oil. I was not looking for something free I just wanted to know if the computer just needed to be reset or in fact the oil needed to be changed. Finally someone told me the truth ---. No, the oil was not changed --- the same conversation I had asked Steven to have the owner Adrian call me as I was very distraught with the whole process. That was over 2 weeks ago, No CALL BACK. Adrian was the nicest to me during this fiasco but has not been in contact with me---still no call, no plates, no oil change, no nothing. Just me driving around in a car with illegal plates. UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED I WILL SHARE MY STORY AS THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!! I WILL POST PHOTOS IN A FEW HOURS. I AM CALLING ALL THE LOCAL NEWS STATIONS AT 5PM TODAY IF THIS IS NOT HANDLED MY WAY. I DO NOT WANT THIS CAR ANYM

    Hi Alma ! You're tag has been in our office for a month. Stephen, Adrain, and myself have all left messages. We have the call records for reference. W...e have called several dozen times and not received return calls. your tag was not mailed at your request for changing address. I am confused because you had no trouble stopping by 3-4 times a day while we fixed your car for free (that you broke), as part of customer service. Remember? the crying fits you would have about personal problems that employees talked you through trying to be friendly? Your calls were blocked because you started harassing/stalking employees after you obtained their personal cell phone numbers and would call several dozen times a day. I can only assume you have been "triggered" today and have decided to take it out on us like many other times. Sometimes you have to cut your losses with abusive customers that no one can please. Best of luck.
