Purchased a new vehicle 12/2025, upon going home noticed

Purchased a new vehicle 12/2025, upon going home noticed scratches from buffing on rear view mirror and swirl mark in the all the plastic exterior trims and the USB cables missing. Annabella promised to set these right and promised a complementary oil change at 1000 miles, in exchange for a 5 star review. I stopped by today and was given the run around by the salesperson Samer, wish I had the original link to my review and remove the 5 star review.

From the moment we met Bassam Sabri we were met with

From the moment we met Bassam Sabri we were met with professionalism, kindness and a servant's attitude. We could not have asked for anything more. We would give Bassam a 15 out of 10. Bassam truly knows his products and his customers. We originally met him last Wednesday and then made an appointment for Monday the 12th, and the details he remembered about our conversation was incredible. Clint, the new car manager was incredible to work with. What a pleasure he was to talk with. Nassar, in Finance, was wonderful. No pressure sales...which is why he got the sale. Thoroughly explained the different programs. If in the future, the service department is anything like the Sales Department, this is a Winning Dealership. Referrals will definitely be coming for Bassam. Thank you for allowing us to tell you what a wonderful experience we have had at Crest Nissan. Diane and Walt
