I had a great experience!
I had a great experience! Its actually the 2nd time I've bought a car through Jack Hania dealerships, and this last experience was better than my 1st one.

I had a great experience! My 2nd car purchase through Javk Hanania dealerships.
Great customer service.
Hassle getting it fixed
Bought my 2011 Silverado around last June. Sale was all gung-ho and wanted to. Sell me my truck plus a 3 year extended warranty. Well the happy feeling from them ended when we walked out the door. 2 days later I tried to put a CD in the player, did not work. I called the dealership and the salesman, nothing. Sent a couple emails, no reply. From the day I bought it the starter seemed to drag for the first few rotations and if you accelerated harder it would give an exceptionally hard shift squeaking the rear tires when it shifted. I brought it in the dealership because of some weird things happening. Was told I needed 2 motor mounts, had to wait for warranty inspector, he said only one needed replacement (I will take to my mechanic to verify whether or not the 2nd mount was good or bad). Plus needed to replace crank sensor. Then waited for the warranty inspector to check transmission. Then the warranty company wanted to see it after it was torn down, still waiting for an answer there. Boggles my mind that the company trusts Hanania to sell the policy but can’t trust their judgement on what needs to be fixed. Endurance Extended Warrantirs. Oh, and when I finally printed up my almost 600 page owners manual that Hanania failed to supply, going through the raio settings I found out my rear speakers did not work. I shows that Jack Hanania fails to inspect these vehicles when they come in. Now I’ve only Owen the vehicle 1 year and only added 5,000 miles to it. It had 110,975 miles on it when I bought it, now at 115,000. When I took it in I talked to sale, no they won’t fix or replace the radio that they failed to tell me that the CD and the rear speakers did not work. I think it’s Garber for me next time, and it’s no 30 miles away, only 15.

Above and Beyond
Dealership willingly helped with a unique car purchase arrangement and made the process very smooth and pain free. They did all the work behind the scenes are their end and I simply showed up and drove off when the car was ready. Fantastic experience.

Horrible service dept....Esther
My 87-year-old mother has a 2018 Chevrolet impala that has a little over 20,000 miles on it. The warranty had just expired a few months ago only because it’s a 2018 not because of the miles. Her whole AC system somehow is all messed up and this dealership was attempting to charge her slightly over $2000 for repairs. Then of course the sales person walked over to try to sell her a new car which is completely inappropriate🙄. If I was there I guarantee that never would’ve happened but when they see an 87-year-old woman walking around maybe they felt they could make some sort of a sale? They would not work with the Chevrolet corporation on any sort of cost sharing. I have wasted a lot of my time on this and I get paid a lot of money so I’m not thrilled with the dealership at all. There’s no reason that the air conditioner should have broken in the first place. And some woman there by the name of Esther claimed to the Chevrolet corporation that they were giving my mother a ‘discount’ but that was all they were doing. There was no discount. My mother paid $200 for them to tell her that she had to pay over $2000 to fix everything on the car. So they were going to apply the $200 diagnosis fee to that. That is not a discount that is a refund. I would never step foot on that property to purchase a car or any other haninia dealership at this point. It’s too bad that Jack Wilson‘s kids sold the dealership to them! Update: my mother is now having her car repaired as we speak at a different Chevrolet dealership for close to half the quote from haninia! My opinion: stay clear from haninia Chevrolet and this Esther lady!

I have used this dealership once before that was a very good experience but use this dealership the second time I would not recommend this to nobody they lied to many times then nothing they told us was the truth and to try to get through to them people's like getting through a brick wall when the final financing was done on the truck the bank that they set it up with was all wrong the monthly payments were wrong will be paid for the truck was wrong we try to get them to fix it the bank that they set it up for you have to stay on hold 3 hours was the worst thing we ever did in our life wouldn't recommend them to nobody and wouldn't recommend this dealership to nobody

My husband and I purchased a car from Haniania to replace our daughter’s stolen vehicle. . We understand that buying a used older car you will have things arise and we were prepared for that. We weren’t prepared for a few weeks after purchase the car had multiple issues with the tale lights burnt wiring and radio. It was making a horrible noise so we took It to our mechanic. The rods and bearings were completely shot and needed a complete new engine. We took it to Kia for another opinion and we’re told the same and that this is something that should have been caught if the car was properly serviced and Inspected at the dealership. The cost of the new engine is 7500. The car is now completely undrivable.and left my daughter and baby broke down on 95. We have emailed and called Hanania and we’re told that the owner would call us back. What a joke ! My daughter now has no transportation for school and we are out thousands of dollar.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. As soon as you purchase a vehicle they could car less .

Appears to be as lousy as I found previous owners to be. Wilson Buick and Chevy, both. Have a vette. Needed ac recharge. 12 years old. First needed recharge. Wanted $ 187 just to check it. More if work or materials required. I LOL and left. Went to parts house and got a fill er up can and hose. NO joy. Went back to parts house. They reluctantly referred me to an independent repair shop a lock behind Sunoco station area. Vacuumed system, refilled, worked like a charm. Still does after 5 years? No wait, got me right in even though they were busy. Guy skipped lunch. Fixt in 45 mins. Charge, $ 100 all in. Gave the mech a 20 buck tip. Buick owner, enclave. Tried to trade for a new one. 3 years old. Was mine. They wanted $ 5 grand more than winning bid by Coggin. I could go on with other issues by Chevy . No, not one winner of 6 tries. I quit them. Now go up to Jax on beach or Coggin at orange park. NO problem. Above and beyond. Billybob
