The check engine light came on less than a week after I had my car serviced for repairs. Thery were efficient in finding out what was missed.

Carrie was very accommodating from my phone call to her regarding the issue we were having with our car to the time I picked up my car. It was a seamless... process and the repairs were down within a day, but they still offered me a loaner which helped out tremendously since I didn't have to bother anyone to pick me up from the Repair center. They were also very understanding that I wasn't able to return within the same day due to some meetings that I had, other places would hound about what time I will be able to return and just not so friendly. It's more of a friendship with Carrie then a Customer...
Thank heavens for the frankness of Carrie Felippe!! She is very thorough and informative. When we had questions, she found out the answers or knowingly... answered us. She said she even went out to inspect the parts needed to repair our 2008 Jaguar. This is not the first time either; she has been there for us and we appreciate it that employees stay in their positions. I hate coming in for service and find my favorite person is not there to help me and I have to go thru the whole procedure again. She is a good example of an ideal employee! We have had Jaguars for many years now starting with Gerald Schock and even back when Bill Martin was the Service Manager.....long years with your company. Please don't change anything!
