After doing considerable research online, I believed I found my perfect SUV on CARS.com - the Carfax was available along with detailed pics from the Randy... Curnow dealership. I called and spoke with Stephanie to ask a few questions and told her we would be coming to visit. When we pulled into the dealership Stephanie was right there waiting for us! I did not feel rushed nor pressured to buy right away and so enjoyed our visit at the dealership. Although my spouse and I viewed similar vehicles and met with sales staff at other dealerships, the crew at Randy Curnow in Cameron showed genuine professionalism and sincerity. There were other SUV's in our price range throughout the area, but we chose our vehicle based on the entire buying experience. This team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Working with Stephanie, Gary and finally John, this was the best car-buying experience my spouse and I have had. Not only will we make this our first stop for purchasing or trading our vehicles in the future, but we will refer Randy Curnow in Cameron over and over to our friends and family!
Found a vehicle on the internet Randy Curnow was advertising. I called them and spoke with Stephanie before making the 90 minute travel. The vehicle had... more miles than advertised, was told it was Pre-certified, nope it wasn’t, was told it wasn’t smoked in yet car reaked of Febreeze. What a joke.

Several phone calls worked out great, vehicle was as advertised, sales rep. Kevin was great. We chose to finance from GMAC because interest rates so good.... But the closing of the loan at the dealership was grueling. Took way too long

I was not impressed with the customer service I received at this dealership. I took a Chevy truck in for trade and didn't hear back from the salesman... for 2 days. They shot me a low ball price on the trade an wouldn't budge. They also wouldn't come down on the new vehicle which to me seemed greedy since we were only $1000 off from making a deal. When I went in to pick up my vehicle I wanted to trade they didn't even try to work out a deal to get my business, the salesman just handed me the keys and said here you go. I went to Kemper Motors in Cameron the next day and bought a $22,000 Chevy truck. The guys at Kemper were great to work with and they have great customer service. I would not recommend doing business at Randy Curnow.

Seriously, I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. They were wonderful from the moment we walked in, until the moment we drove our new car... off the lot. And that is saying something coming from me. We HATE to trade cars and have had some really aggressively terrible experiences in the past. We are also not the type to just walk in and take the first thing offered. We can probably be a but difficult and expect nothing less than a fair deal. We dealt with Tim in sales and he was a dream to work with. None of that disappearing act stuff like at some places. He was extremely up front about everything, and if there happened to be something he needed to check on, he was never gone more than a minute and had a straight answer for you when he returned. We had a an issue with the car we intended to purchase (us being extremely picky) and Tim got us a better car than the one we had agreed on for the same price. No haggling. Dealt with Bob in financing and he was also a dream to work with. Went over every single number with us before we signed anything. Manager (can't remember his name) knows what he is doing. Gave us a phenomenal deal, and was quick about it. I just can't say enough good things about this place. If you HATE getting jerked around at dealerships then go see them! Integrity is the name of the game here! We will be back when it's time to trade our acadia. Thanks so much guys for doing such an awesome job!!!!!

When checking a vehicle listed on their website, don't waste time emailing or calling. Be sure to venture up to their location if you are interested and... checking to see if the vehicle is actually on the lot. Long story, but if you live far out of the way, I'd look elsewhere. Just my opinion.. And only had dealings via Email with "Timmy".

My girlfriend and I bought a 2013 chevy impala. The car had a few minor issues and every issue was taken care of within 24 hours. Very pleases.
