    I was on their website, and wanted to inquire about a price of a vehicle. I sent them a message and asked them to PLEASE NOT CALL, because I WORK 3RD SHIFT,... and SLEEP ODD HOURS....THEY CALLED....UGH!! THEY HAVE MY EMAIL, so they could have emailed me the information.

    Dropped my car off two weeks ago, left several messages, but can't get anyone to return my calls. Kind of need my car back. I went back and picked up... my car and will take it somewhere else.

    I’ve been looking for a new car for about 3 weeks and this dealership has some of the best prices I can find. Mark Marckel helped me out, and even went... and did some “smell tests” since I’m sensitive to cigarette smoke and live too far away to check it out myself. He even took a few pictures to show some details I had questions about. They weren’t pushy, but kept in touch via email to make sure I was finding what I needed. They also had a good hold policy for people like me who are driving from farther away. I would highly recommend them!

    My husband and I had a roller coaster experience. We waited over an hour for our scheduled appointment, before Adam took over showing us the 2019 Touring... Ascent. Adam was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the features of the car and very personable. We didn't get the price we were hoping for, but a fair deal in the end. Our biggest challenge was the time it took to complete the sale and drive off the lot. It literally took us 7 hours. Thus the 3 star rating.
