    Everything was perfect, attention, service and price! Thanks for the help to Carlos, Miguel and Oscar in the sales floor and JC who helped us in financing... making that experience perfect. Everything was better than we expected, the atmosphere is perfect and the treatment is excellent. I recommend Volvo cars North Miami to anyone looking for a car. Thank you

    I have a Volvo dealer near me but I come to this dealership because of the friendly and professional sales team. Carlos (mgr) and Tito (sales) are very... good to work with and I look forward to my next lease.

    I needed a used suv after my other one was totaled, they went out there way to help me get another suv. There customer service is beyond words, specially... Ricky all I can say is thank you for what you do. Plus JC in financing wow she is great professional and understanding. If you need a new or used vehicle this is where you want to go.

    Everything about it. Zuly the internet manager was very courteous and professional - she worked with me in a way that no one else did which is the reason... we chose to go visit that particular dealership. Once we were there she introduced us to Orlando who would be our sales point person. He was courteous and professional and made the process to easy. The manager was also available and wanted to ensure we had the best possible experience. Ending with the girl for the accounting part of it, very professional and engaging. Everyone from beginning to end has been nothing but amazing to the point that now my husband has decided to return to the exact same place next year when it's his turn to get a new car... thanks to our experience at this dealership I think we will both be Volvo customers for a very long time. I have to note that a day after I took the car, the engine light came on. I reached out to Orlando and the way he responded, making sure I felt comfortable, sending someone to pick up my car to they could check it and he followed up made a big impression on us. AMAZING TEAM HERE! I reached out to a four Volvo dealers in total in the area, I based my decision on where to go on the on line experience, I work in the luxury service industry and I want to make sure I am working with people that make an effort to understand what I need and provide real solutions and Volvo North Miami took the lead by a long run... followed by an amazing experience once in the dealership.

    Worst dealership ever! They take a deposit and don’t return it. And the manager doesn’t return phone calls either. Have waited over a year and still... have not received the $250 deposit. Do not give them any money because you will never get it back. Find a car elsewhere or get ripped off. I will continue to write reviews until I get my deposit back .

    I bought a used Land Rover in April that I found online and had shipped with out seeing it. After agreeing on price with my sales contact Ricky Jr. who... told me the car was in "great condition", it took 6 days of getting the runaround from Yoki, the finance manager, who told me the best rate he could get was 5.5%. Meanwhile I had multiple banks offer me 3.25%. When I threatened to walk away he miraculously "found" a 3.5% rate within seconds. I should have followed my gut and walked at that stage but I moved forward and had the car shipped across the country. When it came off the truck, it was missing a $500 hitch adapter that Ricky promised me it had, had a service light on, a check engine light on, 2 bald front tires, and a leak in a rear tire. All before I drove it a single mile. It's now been 3.5 months. I am in for over $750 in repairs from the check engine light, do not have the $500 hitch I was promised and still need to buy new tires. The dealership has done nothing to alleviate this despite multiple messages with Ricky promising to "take care of it" and he has ignored my messages for the past month.
