I bought my blue Subaru Forester from these guys. Solid car, solid service. The purchase itself was pretty fast, though there was a bit of a delay getting... the car because when I first saw the Forester it was still in service getting work done. Once they completed the work, it was pretty easy.
I found a vehicle that I have been looking for...for months. I contacted them because I did not have a trade and live almost 100 miles away. I wanted... all the details to be in place before I found someone to drive me there. I told them I was serious, they shifted me from person to person and then when I asked about financing the best the would say is that the payment would be between 200 and 250 dollars, really !!! that could be 5 to 18 percent interest, 0 to 1000 dollars down, a reduction in price by 500 dollars because of the rips in the interior of the vehicle or the pitted rims. All they wanted to do was get you in their showroom...a dealership that has changed...I don't think so
Was a very easy and friendly process. Muriel was friendly and very knowledgeable.
We're very glad to hear that, Josh! Thank you for the 5 star review!
Josh S. was a joy to work with, very accommodating and willing to work with us. I'd come back
Quick and easy, Every employee was very helpful and considerate
Wonderful, fast process from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.
I had recently had to look for a new car after my old one's transmission went out. I knew it wouldn't be worth investing in repairs so I looked around... on cars.com to see if I could find a new car in my price range within a stone's throw of the twin cities. I found a few vehicles at UsedCarXpress that looked like they might fit me. Upon arriving the staff was helpful, didn't pressure me into buying, and after finding a Acura TSX that was perfect for me they helped me get paperwork filled out quickly and easily. Will definitely send friends and family your way, thanks again UsedCarXpress!
The sales people were quite friendly, they had all taken the time to talk with me. Not only about the Jeep Wrangler, but about my '86 Chevy 4WD short box.... While I was patiently waiting to get a look at the Jeep, as one of the sales people had locked the key inside the vehicle. Which is an understandable mistake, one of which many of us probably have done at one time or another, including myself. Finally after waiting for close to an hour, perhaps a little longer. The sales person pulled the Jeep around to the front, as it was out back for some odd reason or another. However, after waiting for an hour, perhaps a bit longer. I thought, or I guess I was at least hoping my valuable time would have been worth at least a little something. I told them I had really wanted the Jeep Wrangler, as I've been looking for just the right one for almost 3 years now. So being I wanted to pay it off in full with a certified check from my bank, I had asked if I were to make a $500 or even a $1,000 dollar down payment until I could get to the bank on Saturday to get a certified check in the full amount, if they would hold it for me. Of course the answer was no, as I guess they were more worried about the possibility of selling the Jeep, rather than the customer. Which I guess is, and would have been understandable. Had I not made up my mind that I wanted to purchase the Jeep, I guess paying the Jeep off in full, rather than financing is the reason. I really don't know the reason, but I wasn't too particularly happy. Well needless to say the Jeep Wrangler had been sold the very next day, (Saturday) and I had asked them to please call me if the Jeep were to be sold before I had a chance to get there. Which they didn't until later on Monday early afternoon, so I of course assumed the Jeep hadn't sold and twas still available. So I called to make sure it was in fact still available, as I was going to go to my bank and get a certified check for the full amount... tax, license, registration, fees and so on. So even though my experience went very well, and the sales staff were friendly. As I waited for close to an hour before they were able to get the Jeep unlocked, well as I said... I felt my valuable time would have at least been worthy of taking a $500-$1,000 down payment in a check and to hold it for me until I got to my bank to get a certified check. Which I realize I should have done on Saturday, rather than waiting until Monday. And I would have done exactly that, had they given me at least 24 hours, not even that...to hold the Jeep with a down payment. Therefore, my overall experience is fair. As far as the question: Would you recommend this dealer to a friend? I wish there were a maybe option, rather than simply yes or no. But I'll check yes, as the only problem I had was the fact they'd not hold the Jeep for at least 24 hours, actually less. But in reality I don't know if I would or not for sure.
