Dealership did not own up to the printed material their coupons are printed on. Dealership charged more than advertised. I don't see how business can operate with such dishonesty. I know they do it on a regular basis because this is not the first time they chose to overcharge their customers. Marcus helped me through the process. He called me for an upgrade that was not needed. He then failed to tell me my vehicle was ready and I had to wait an additional 2+ hours to receive my vehicle back. When attempting to call the dealership, I cannot receive anyone on the other end to answer the phone.

Buyers be aware! Dealership tried to sell me a $1995 warranty that I didn't want on top of the asking price they listed it for. When asked to remove it from purchase price, I was told by Marcos that they couldn't because it's a "dealer's fee" and they sell it with every vehicle, even though it had doc fees already in agreement.Than he came back with $1200 cut from $2000 they added on top making it sound like its a great deal. Be careful relying on their listing price as they don't intend to honor it. At the end I didn't even negotiate on a listing price and they tried to add $795 on top of taxes and doc fees. If you live further out, request a purchase agreement so you dont waste your time or get duped into paying extra for services you're not interested in.
