    We were purchasing a used car from this dealership and placed a down payment in order to hold the car while we waited on an insurance claim check. This... process was over the period of 12 days, with constant communications with the salesperson confirming that we were still planning to purchase the car and where we were moving along in the process. On July 2nd, we had an email saying that everything was still good, and to let them know when we were ready to pick up. An email was sent on the 5th to confirm that we had everything ready and would pick up the next day. We called on July 6th morning to pick up the car, only to be told it had been sold. No phone call, no email, not even a refund of our down payment (they refunded AFTER I found out it was sold). I was told that the "owner" had sold it and there wasn't anything the salesperson could do. After a wasted day of searching for a replacement car, we reached out to the GM of the dealership (who is located at a different facility) and he was willing to look into it. We got a call later on saying that the car was still available and that they were cancelling the other sale. Because of the hassles and wasted time, we had missed our window to pick up our loan papers and had to wait two more days to get the car. During this time, we met with the salesperson and the sales manager, only to leave with a feeling that they didn't really care and would not have done anything had the GM not gotten involved. During our conversations they tried to make it sound like this was our fault (saying they had called and not gotten responses), but I had my email trails with me and put that to rest. In the end, we got the car, but it was an awful experience. We understand that a dealer can't hold a car forever and that mistakes are made (two buyers for the same car), but its how they handled it was what really upset us. A simple phone call or email when they had a potential buyer and we could have put over half the price of the car down to hold it, or maybe even made the purchase a different way. To simply sell it out from under us and then act as if it was our fault was the exact opposite of customer service. There are two sides to this review: - BMW of Middleburg Hts: We will never do business with them again (and I have had my BMW serviced there in the past). The salesperson is nothing more than a yes-man for the sales manager, he even said "I just work here" when challenged to make it right. The sales manager does not have a strong focus on customer service, simply making us feel better about the experience would have gone a long way. - BMW of Westlake: Outstanding team (GM and Office Manager), they stepped up and helped make this right by getting the car that we had put a deposit down on. They followed up on phone calls and were extremely supportive. I would not hesitate to work with that team again.

    Mr. Kasmer was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about their cars. I drove 3.75 hours to buy my BMW because it was a good deal and it was IMMACULATE.... The pictures were perfect and the car lived up to their description. Overall a great experience.

    The worst experience of my life dealing with car sales I have never experienced anything like it before in my life when looking for a car I would not recommend... shopping there go to Westlake

    Told Steve what i wanted and my budget. He found me a car, one i thought i could never have, and than made it fit in my budget even with the service warrenty.... If you want your dream car make it a reality.

    they sold me a lemon...and I knew someone who works with BMW!! Cars are junk...breaks constantly...same problems!!! oil leaks, cooling fans, starter..etc... Junk Junk Junk

    Before I start talking about the dealership, I would like to share my experience with the salesman name Q. I found a one owner Dealer maintained BMW on... cars.com. I called the dealership immediately and q happened to pick up the phone. I put down the down payment on the car to show him I was serious. I had 2 cars I had payments left on. I owed more than what the car was worth. Q got me the best interest rate, even my bank that I have mortgage w and been banking 11 years for could not march Q's interest rate. He also got me exactly what I owed on the car which is 2k above the kbb. Q also made sure he gave me the best price on the car.. I bought a one owner m5 that's been dealer maintained (black on black 6 speed) for 5-6k less than the fair market price... Q didn't convince me this was the car I wanted, he never forced h car on me but was so professional and responsive every time I had a question about the car. Experience could not be any better, the best car buying experience ever. The deal was so well put together I had no choice but to drive to Ohio from Virginia and take 2 days off from work. The finance manager(Dan) also made sure I walked out the dealership w the best warranties and best coverage and rate for the car. Overall never had a such a good experience buying a car. Honestly BMW is blessed to have a such a honest hard working friendly salesman working for them. Thank you Q!
