Terrible buying experience!

In March 2018, my husband and I ordered an XC40 with the exact specs and additions we wanted. We were told that it would take about 3 months to receive the vehicle. I called this dealership multiple times to get the status of the car and was not given an exact answer or they would dance around the question. Once August came around I called and spoke to the sales manager because the wait time exceeded the time they had promised us the vehicle. His only response was to apologise and lend us a vehicle until ours was ready. It was a nice gesture but too little too late. Once September rolled around, our frustration was through the roof. Then, mid September we received a phone call saying that the car would be at the dealership, so my husband and I took the day off from work to pick up the car. When we got there the car delivered was not the one we had ordered. This vehicle had many more bells and whistles and the price reflected that. But, my husband and I were not about to leave empty handed. They ended up selling us someone elses car. That person was out of luck! We could not believe that that would do that. The sales manager was no help and he did not even compensate us for the mix-up. If it wasn't for the fact that we were desperate to have our XC40 and my husband's loyalty to Volvo, we would have gone elsewhere. We have never had such an awful experience and we want others to be aware of this dealership and the management. Pleasing the customer was not there number one priority!

Matt was really patient and helpful

The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

buying a carsucks

i hate the process of buying cars BUT i actually enjoyed the process it was painless, Neillo was great! i would buy from them again! only complaint i didnt like that there was a extra added expense for the lowjack (which i should have had negotiated off the price) BUT didnt know about it until we were signing papers

Great Service!

My service man, was and has always been awesome and attentive everytime I come to service my car or address something that may be wrong. He is great and a very valuable person to have for your company. It's so nice to know that I can trust his input and advise. I drive almost 2 hours just to get my car services because the customer service is worth going to. Thank you!

Great Experience

Wonderful experience at this Volvo dealership. Our sales rep was Justin, but all of the staff were amazing. The financing was a breeze and there was very little negotiating involved because they were upfront and honest about it all from the get go. Easy process, a huge step up from the usual car buying experience. Oh and I Love my new car!!!

Outstanding service agents, quick turn-around, quality work. Chuck always does a fabulous job of both scheduling and keeping me up to date. Work is always high quality. Newly updated waiting area is better than walking to Starbucks!

Our Sales Representative, Michella, was professional, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable of the car. She took the time to make sure I knew what was available on the car, including model type and features. Michella kept me posted on test drive availability and delivery of the vehicles. Overall this transaction was a dream, could not have been a more pleasurable experience.

Friendly Service, Good Response Time

While I didn't purchase anything (I inquired about a used vehicle), response time of the salesperson was quick and getting pricing was painless. Paul even looked into other inventory for me to see if there was something else that would have fit the bill. Would definitely buy from these guys in the future if they carry what I am looking for.

Neillo Volvo is the best!

Michella made my purchase of a new XC90 the best car buying experience I have had in my lifetime of buying new cars! She was very knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy, courteous, and extremely helpful in answering my questions as we went through the process of purchasing a new car. Plus, I wound up with a beautiful new Charcoal Black Volvo XC90. The service department is the best! I trust them to give me honest information and "Chuck" is great to work with.

Love the service department!!!

The folks at the dealership always make me feel like family. They know my name and are always smiling and happy - even when I see that they are extremely busy! Chuck has been taking care of my Volvo for years and always treats the car and me like we are his top concern! I'm so glad to have these people to make sure I'm safe when I'm driving my Volvo!
