Great service

I went to Village Ford and got greeted by a man named Stevenson who was super polite and gave great service. I highly recommend going to Stevenson for service.

They act like they are doing you a favor

3 weeks to get appointment. 4 1/2 hours later. Problem not fixed. No return phone call after 4 days. Promise that service manager would call. Never happened. IF I BROKE DOWN IN FRONT IF THIS DEALER, I WOULD HAVE IT TOWED.

We had such a great experience at this dealership! The night before, we were so annoyed with another dealership and we came into this one the next day and worked with Bryan and he was nothing but the best! He listened to what we wanted in a truck and met every qualification. We never felt pressured or like he was just trying to make a commission on us. He was very nice and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted! I would definitely recommend Village Ford.

I called to see how busy they were

I called this morning Thursday, 16 March about 8:25 AM and they told me to bring my truck on over I told him what the problem was I heard the howling in the brakes I get up I get over there about 845 they told me they're too busy to take me this morning I have to drop it off or maybe they can get it to me this afternoon and that's not what the guy told me on the phone till he worked me in pretty quick very dissatisfied customer about my truck there at Village for

Fast Service

Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great fast service.

Service apt

Had an appt to check on a recall and make adjustment to door that wouldn't unlock at times. They could not replicate the door problem. Not surprised it was a random problem. I figured out the lock plunger was not coming up all the way when it would not open. I sprayed WD40 on it. Think that fixed the problem. Always unlocks now. No problem, they couldn't find the problem so the had nothing to fix.

The only place I take my car for service or repair every thing is always done right and everyone is so friendly i look foward to my next service
