Camelback Kia

Brought our Kia in for service that was only supposed to take two hours. We called ahead to see if we could get a loaner because we had an important doctors appointment to go to and they said that wouldn't be a problem. I got there with my newborn son in tow, ready to pick up the loaner but they couldn't find it. Come to find out that they had sold it (and apparently had no other loaners). So they set us up with a rental car, but we had to go to the rental car location. I had my baby so I also had a car seat, car seat base, and stroller with me. It was such a pain to load everything into the vehicle so they could take me to the rental location, then again load everything into the rental. Not to mention having to deal with the sales people at the rental location that wouldn't take "no" for an answer with their insurance coverage. Finally, 7 hours later (even though they said it would take 2-3 hours) we were notified that our car was ready. I was looking to purchase a new Sorento but after this experience I don't want to purchase another Kia out of fear of having to go through this each time we get maintenance on our car.

I purchased a used Cadillac ATS from these guys this week and I can't be happier with my experience. I got exactly what I wanted with out the haggling and typical run around! Thank you Adan R and Camelback Kia team!

I visited this place to test drive an optima as iam deciding between optima or altima... Adam greeted us and was genuine and easy going. I told him from the beginning that I am not giving him my phone number or any contact info and all I wanted is to test drive and optima and optima only... He did exactly what I wanted in matter of minutes I test drove the car.

I must admit, that I was a bit afraid of going car shopping, especially alone! Upon arriving at Camelback Kia, I was greeted and immediately put at ease. I was able to shop without pressure with their friendly staff. I was already working with another dealership when I stopped in to Camelback and already set an appointment and felt it was necessary to try at least one more place. They wished me well and sent me on my way with their offer. After five minutes of a nightmare with the other guys I literally came running back! I called Camelback Kia on my way and they had my paperwork ready for me when I got there. I am now a happy Kia customer!

I purchased a new Sol from Camelback over the weekend and was very impressed with their staff. My salesman, Jon was knowledgeable and professional. I wold highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market!

The manager at this location Kevin has great customer service skills, and it is clear that what the customer wants really matters to him. I would will absolutely come back whenever I am ready to buy at car because of him.
