I ended up trading my 05 Chevy for a new Ram 1500 and it couldn't have been easier. Got the price I wanted for my trade and felt great about the purchase... price on the new one.
Awesome people to deal with especially Dustin and Angie great dealership I would recommend to anyone Angie was very helpful in getting my ne truck
This place is a SCAM and a JOKE! The prices advertised are lies. The sales team and owner do nothing but try and pressure you into a sale. Went to look... at a "new" journey advertised for 15K and 12 miles once I got there turns out the car was actually priced at $22K with 7K miles. After asking to see something in my price range they refused to show us anything else and insisted that they need to make the sale on this vehicle today. After negotiating to get payments to an acceptable price and payment scheduled. I proceeded to wait an additional 4 hours to get back to F & I with my 1 year old daughter. After we finally got back there (after 9 pm) they then tried to rush through all the financial documents, on the last forms to be reviewed I noticed they had changed the amount of payments from the agreed upon 60 months to 84 months!! This is one of their scams, they don't help with price just try to push you into a financial nightmare with longer term lengths and higher interest. The agreement was changed without ever informing me in hopes that I'd be too distracted by a fussy baby and the late time to read the contract. I guess this is what happens when you're a hard-working mom dealing with crocks and criminals. As that's all the people that work here are liars and criminals. I feel bad for anyone who has ever visited this nightmare of a place. Please save your time and go anywhere else!!
Visited the dealership twice at first. Car was originally very overpriced. We left and decided to look elsewhere . Two weeks later we were then contacted... by a new General Sales Manager, Brian, who met me on the price and gave me a fair deal. Our salesman, Gunner, was very helpful and professional. Anyone looking to buy a vehicle can count on these two to make the process simpler.
We previously had a negative experience with former staff but decided to return to trade in our vehicle. The salesman, Kenneth Horn, and sales staff worked... tirelessly to get us approved and into a new truck. Their patience and hard work is much appreciated.
I showed up for a truck I saw online. I met with Brian Rose the General Sales Manager and Barry Fisher. They honored the online price with no games. ... I love my new truck! Thank you guys! T. Staci
I drove two hours for a Hyundai Elantra. The car was as described. The staff were very easy to deal with and offered a no hassle buying experience. ... My salesman was Angie Durr
Would not recommend buying a used car and for that matter any car from this dealership. They had a used car for sale that we found on cars.com and called... on it for the price was right and it was what we were looking for . The had it at a price if you financed it from them and wouldn't take a deal for a straight cash payment. They wanted to make money off financing. Ok we said then with the price we agreed to pay the amount they were asking and how much they would make with financing and it came to then an agreement $4600 plus taxes. Then they threw on their $599 document fee and $101 title fee. We still agreed we would come and pay cash and buy the car that night if we liked it after the test drive. The sales manger is who we were dealing with and had the agreement with. So we started driving the hour and a half to go get this car. We got about a half hour into our drive and the sales manager called and said don't come because the battery was dead and he would get it into service the next morning and call us when it was ready. Well after calls to the sales manager the car was not ready and he's not calling us back on us wanting to buy the car. So we gave up and went to another place and bought another car. But low and behold guess what, the same car is on all the sites now, like cars.com for sale now at $8252! No call from the dealer or sales manager still. The car is a 2009 Mazda 6. It has its history on the prices that the dealer was asking for this car while it's been at their lot. If they did not want to sell us the car for cash money or they made a mistake on accepting our deal that we made, then they should be professional enough to call and say so. Don't make up some service issue story. You should return phone calls. And just be honest about the situation. Don't agree with a deal and then act like this and then practically double the price on line. I don't recommend you do business with the dealership given the behavior of their sales manager.
I bought a Dodge Charger a few days ago. Overall the experience was good. The car should have had an alignment done prior to being offered for sale but... I didnt catch it until I was driving home so that's more on me. The sales person (Gunnison) was courteous. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and experience with the dealership.
So I called about a vehicle tat was priced on the internet..$9700 i came in to look at the vehicle and said I would give them cash for the vehicle, all... the sudden the price was $13000 dollars for the vehicle. This dealership is a typical joke and is what gives the term crooked as a car salesman it’s name..
