Took the time to setup appt and get off work to test drive a new honda. Sales rep did not have cars picked out to test drive and when he did pick one and... we got back from drive he ignored us for some walk ins. Clearly Honda did not want our business.
Overdue review, but I purchased a used vehicle late in 2017 and I had a pleasant and very positive experience throughout the purchase process and for my... first follow up visit. Specifically, during the preliminary stages, I dealt with a sales rep and the owner directly. The entire staff were very professional, timely, and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I returned a few weeks later with a maintenance issue and questions, I dealt with the Service Department and they were awesome as well. I'm glad to return to the BMW family!
Ken Moerdyk is amazing to work with. I cannot be more grateful! With Covid-19, our car is left in Champaign while we are in Seattle. The keys were lost... due dorm room move-out. Ken extended the service to tow the vehicle, performed the needed fuel service, and dup the keys for us. He also offered to keep the car at the lot till our return to campus. This service is really go above and beyond!
I am a first-time buyer at Champaign BMW. My salesperson was Kirk Anderson. I was very pleased with the attention to detail displayed by Kirk, sales manager... Ken Moerdyk, and all of the staff members I was in contact with during the purchase process. I have already recommended Kirk and Champaign BMW to my family and friends. Kirk and Ken go the extra mile to make buying a new or used BMW a pleasant and fun experience.
Kirk and Ken in Sales were incredible. We drove from Kansas City, MO to their dealership in Illinois to look at and inspect a Range Rover Sport. 400 Plus... miles. The vehicle was everything Kirk represented it to be. (No surprises..) We turned in our rental vehicle and drove our Rover home the next day. Kirk, although new to the dealership was very experienced and that expertise showed. I am sure with Ken's stewardship Kirk will be a credit to the dealership. He is big on customer satisfaction.
I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. I am very happy with all aspects of the purchasing process. Everyone was friendly and informative.... My salesman was Quincy Rice, he went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Drove over 2 hours from the Indianapolis area to purchase a CR-V advertised on cars.Com for a very attractive price. Communicated with the dealership... via email regarding their car and my trade. I was given a wide range on what to expect for my trade and told it would be influenced by condition. I was upfront on condition admitting to some scratches and small dings. I did not get the same courtesy. The CR-V we drove over 2 hours to purchase was scratched up from front to back, including the roof, hood, doors, quarter panels, and rear hatch. The inside hatch cover was cracked and the car stunk!
I really sorry about your experience. I see from the emails that you were coming from Indy and we pride ourselves in our transparent descriptions on p...re owned vehicles. This one obviously was missed because it does me no good to have you be disappointed after you drive such a long way. "COSMETIC ISSUES DENTS, DINGS AND SCRATCHES WERE CONSIDERED WHEN PRICING THIS VEHICLE," can be found on many of our vehicle listings, so we have nothing to hide. Time permitting, the sales associate will normally take a look at the car to see if the description matches the vehicle. Perhaps the snow cover before the thaw kept that from happening. I talked to Jason Bell and I had such a positive experience with him. He is very friendly and trustworthy.
