Worse experience ever went in for engine misfire got it

Worse experience ever went in for engine misfire got it back with antifreeze only in my motor I drove my truck there end up paying almost 4 thousand dollars to take it home to park I just recently purchased a motor for my truck that's when I found out I was ripped off now I do understand the truth that xxxx DEALERS are STEALERS DAN is a crook sorry I have to say it I already got ripped off

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. After 6 years of owning the jeep, it started giving me issues. They could not find a code so after three breakdowns and tows, the service manager told me “ nothing is wrong with your car, you are wasting my time, go to cherry hill jeep, you don’t know how to drive”. I have the issue on video and pictures, he refused to look at. Additionally, prior to that jeep giving me issues, I purchased another at the same dealer in April, certified, pre owned. (About the 12th jeep in the family) took it in to different dealer for service closer to my home because the rear hatch and stop/ start feature was not working only to be told it is not covered under the certified warranty! Have reached out to dealer, area manager, owner, Chrysler and Stallantis. Still no call backs!

Horrible customer service. After 6 years of owning the jeep, it started giving me issues. They could not find a code so after three breakdowns and tows, the service manager told me “ nothing is wrong with your car, you are wasting my time, go to cherry hill jeep, you don’t know how to drive”. I'm contacting the NBC 10 consumer report department on

I'm contacting the NBC 10 consumer report department on this location. They way the service department treats customers is outrageous and unacceptable. But the treatment is constant, so it must be the culture. I just received a call from their mechanic, Mike, and he told me that he won't be working on my vehicle that I've brought back for the 3rd time, for the same issue. All because I showed frustration and asked for my original parts to be put back in when Mike (their mechanic) was trying to force (word play) me into paying for the servicing of my breaks. A service that I was asked to wait until the mechanic "got in there to figure out what's going on," and I would be given a quote for the break service. But over an hour later, I was called in to pay a fee. On the phone just now, though. Mike told me that he told me this, that, at the time of the break issue, he told me that he wouldn't be working on my vehicle anymore. While I had my vehicle towed to their location yesterday, I work tomorrow, and they don't provide loaners. If this was a known fact, I wouldn't have wasted my time having my vehicle towed to this location. So now I have to risk and drive to another location, or have it towed again. Outrageous.

Finance department made a mistake on the paperwork when

Finance department made a mistake on the paperwork when the deal was signed, I live 45 minutes away from the dealer and the manager was expecting me to come back and resign some paperwork, after an argument I had with the manager (mat) he told me he was sending the salesman to my house to take care of the paperwork next day, days later and I have not even received a call. It’s been more than two weeks after I got the truck and the tags will expire in 12 days. Since the deal was never submitted now Chrysler financial is trying to charge me for the jeep I trade in. What a mess, this is the worst experience I ver had.

It was drawn to my attention i was a bit harsh.

It was drawn to my attention i was a bit harsh. Parking is a premium there when you go to look at cars. Everyone one was very friendly. .There were a few bumps in the road for our sale but what road doesn't have bumps? Our salesman was nice. Found the car we wanted. Thank you. Would have liked a little more time to have the car features explained but that is what the internet is for, right? So all in all it was a decent experience, would i go there again? Most likely no for the distance. They do have lots of cars and lots of personnelto help you out. :o)

Exceptional dealership and staff. Our experience with Justin and his team members was truly outstanding. Justin is an incredible consultant and sales representative because he genuinely listens without being pushy or deceptive just to close a deal. My husband and I previously had an unfortunate experience at a Jeep dealership in Philadelphia, where the sales rep was dishonest and manipulated numbers to the point that it felt like a game of three-card monte. It was insulting. The next day, we decided to visit this dealership, which turned out to be a true blessing. From the moment we met Justin, he felt like a sales angel. Worst service department, I took my jeep to get it checked there. Barely can get hold of the service advisor, between leaving you on phone for almost 20 minutes and nobody answers, he's not at his desk, or we take a note and he will call you back. Called 15 times, and I couldn't have a response, and nobody else could answer my questions about my vehicle that was diagnosed at their shop. PLUS I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER TO ASK FOR HELP AND NO ANSWER TOO. Now after 2 hours of submitting the review, THE SERVICE MANAGER (MICHAEL) CLLED ME YELLING AND SAYING THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. WHAT A GREAT EDUCATED MANAGER WHO LEADE A WHOLE TEAM. CAN'T BELIEVE HOW NASTY AND RUDE THE MANAGER WAS. WHEN HE SUPPOSED TO SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER. NOT RECOMMENDED.
