I have been getting my Teslas serviced here since 2013. I have had a Model S, then added a Model X for my wife. Electric cars need very little service.... I have found that they have always been courteous and competent. I just wish that Tesla would open a service center closer to me.

I noticed when noise from my windshield on the day I drove it home. They picked it up to repair it, and offered free car mats. Would you be happy with... this after purchasing an 80, 000 dollar car?

I brought my Tesla S in for service in December 2017. My appointment was for 7:30 am. I arrived about 7:20 AM and noticed the hours began at 7 AM. I went... inside and was ignored for at least 5 minutes (there were Tesla employees at desks pushing papers doing the ignoring). I went up to a man in the desk in the middle of the service area and he reluctantly agreed to help me. He went in the back and told me I had to wait because the technicians were getting dressed. WHAT?! I was finally checked in and told the service would be about 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I asked if I was getting close and was informed the 90 minutes didn't consider 35 minutes to wash the car. Why wasn't I informed? After another 35 minutes someone brought my car around and put my car keys on the desk of the person I assumed would check me out. The keys sat there for at least ten minutes while the person chatted with coworkers A woman came up to me to explain what happened in my service. When I was checked out another woman explained the exact same thing. Two important things: 1. during the service, the car was driven, and they didn't recharge the battery. when I got to my home I had 2% battery power! I was lucky I made it. shouldn't someone have noticed this and asked if I needed a charge? 2. they broke the autopilot during the service! they calibrated a camera, and when I tried to use the autopilot the car veered sharply and dangerously to the left. When I called about it I was told autopilot is beta and it wasn't their fault. I had to have the car towed back....I was without it for four days...while they fixed it. I tried to get rocco, the service manager , on the phone to explain my dissatisfaction, but he didn't respond to my requests for a call. finally I called him and got through. he said they are having problems with service and my comments were helpful. for an expensive car, the service is shoddy and the care for customers is poor.

Picked up new car 12/7/17. Had issues with charging from the get go. Message: may not be plugged in correctly which slows charging process. Also the backup... camera doesn't function at least once/week. Which I can fix (till next time) by a reboot. I only to do this bcs when I had my vehicle orientation, the backup camera view was purple! And the specialist tol d me about the reboot. Meanwhile I've had a charging station installed in my home and am still getting the same message. I have reached out several times to the persons who've handled the sale and was very casually deferred to service, which has done nothing, nor have contacted me, with the exception of one person who emailed me the operating manual. No one seems to be care to address any of my issues , nor can I get an answer to my question: I thought the home charging system charges at 20+miles/hour and I'm only getting 8mi/he. You get 4mi/hr on the cable which comes with the car. Not sure that the $500 price plus the $1700 installation charge for the home station is worth the extra 4 miles. Further more I think that the question as to how many miles the charging station should give you should be an easy question for anyone in sales to address without switching me to service. I've wanted a Tesla for a long time, Love the car, but am very disappointed in the attention to problems and issues. This is twice the money I've ever spent on a car and it's the worst service I've ever received!

Yesterday I picked up my car from its regular annual service. The service center is a little more than 2 1/2 hours from my home so getting here is not... the easiest thing in the world. About 45 minutes from leaving the service center I got a low tire pressure warning light on my car on I-95. I stopped at the Tesla supercharger and called Tesla Roadside Assistance who told me to "fill up your tire with air and continue driving." I voiced my concern that I had over an hours drive home on the interstate but was told again to fill the tire with air and continue to drive on it. I stopped at a gas station to fill my tire and noticed a gouge on the sidewall where the air was leaking. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance again and was told they would call me back. I drove about another hour to Dover DE. before I got another warning the pressure was low. (This suggests that my tire was initially leaking before I picked it up from the service center) Around this time Tesla Roadside called again and advised me to stop driving. I voiced my concern that the tire had to have been leaking when I picked up my vehicle and that the damage I believed could have been caused by the service center during my service. I waited over 4 hours for a tow truck that brought a loaner tire to me and didn't get home until about 1AM. I called the service center the next day who had my damaged tire at this point. They told me it would cost over $300 for a new tire. I told them I think it was damaged by them. I was put on hold and then was told that a supervisor inspected the tire and that there was "no way you could have driven on that tire for more than 10 minutes" and that "it would have been impossible for the service center to have damaged the tire." I made it Dover DE which is 1 hour from the Supercharger where I initially called Tesla Roadside about my tire. But I couldn't have driven more than 10 minutes on this tire? I looked at my invoice and it shows Tesla test drove my vehicle after they performed service on it. So how would an inspection of the tire reveal that they didn't damage it? So on top of horrible and dangerous advice from Tesla Roadside who advised me to drive on a tire on the interstate for over an hour which I later found had sidewall damage, I believe this damage to be caused by the service center who will not take responsibility on it. My total story which is documented through Tesla Roadside I'm being told is not true by this service center and now I'm forced to take another 5+ hours to drive back and pay for a new tire that was damaged by this service center.

The Tesla service center in Devon is both a great place to purchase a vehicle, and to service your vehicle. Our Model S has had no mechanical issues, other... than the replacement of a 12 Volt Battery, which was completely free, as it is covered under the basic warranty of the vehicle. This repair was done at the Devon location in about an hour, which was pretty quick considering that the 12V battery is located behind the front trunk. The customer service personnel were very helpful and efficient in both scheduling the appointment and moving the car into the shop. During my wait, I enjoyed some free snacks and sat on the comfortable armchairs. Overall, the experience of both purchasing a car here and getting it serviced was great.

Walked into this dealership around 2pm on April 15 2017 . Ready to buy. Was planning on purchasing a model x . I had a large sum of cash on me and was... checking out their model x on the showroom floor. Two people just walked buy and looked at me and did not say anything or acknowledge me. Never judge a book by its cover. I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
