Rusty Vaughn was my sales person and he was awesome! He was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide on colors for the car. I actually had a little... hiccup and changed my mind after the vehicle was purchased and Rusty and Zac Hale went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and the services offered are like no other I’ve experienced at a dealership. Definitely recommend!
I had been looking online for a few months for a 2016 Lexus RX350 with the luxury package in select colors at a reasonable price. I was delighted when... I came across just what I was looking for at Lexus of Dominion. I called and spoke with Fernando “Fernie” Maldonado. I found Fernie to be exceptionally honest, polite, and communicative. The best part is that since I live quite a distance away from the dealership, Fernie arranged for a driver ( who was also outstanding ) to deliver the car. Fernie also made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before it was delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and with my “new” car. I highly recommend Lexus of Dominion and Fernie.
This dealership is Amazing! Not only is it a sight to behold, but the service is impeccable. Cory Holland is the guy you want to see. I was helping a friend... look at cars and he made the process a breeze. Long story short, if you are in the market, North Park Lexus at Dominion should be your first/only stop.....and dont forget to ask for Cory, you can thank me later!
Cory Holland did a great job in representing the dealership. He worked hard to get me a deal I was satisfied with.
I have bought several vehicles from Cory Holland and happened to find this one on cars.com Luckily I knew he was there and he streamlined the process.... Great buying experience I will be back.
Don’t buy a used car from these people. I know it is a stereotype to say that used car salesmen will do anything for the sale and can’t be trusted, but... that appears to be the case with this dealership. I had been looking for a used Lincoln MKZ for about four or five months and found one I really wanted to look at closer. It was at North Park Lexus at Dominion and, because I live in Seguin, I contacted the salesman at Bluebonnet Ford I had been working with who said he could have it brought out to New Braunfels so I didn’t have to drive into San Antonio. He brought it out, I gave it test drive and really wanted it but we couldn’t come to an agreement on the price, so I left. I was contacted the next day by Fernando Maldonado at North Park Lexus at Dominion. He called me no less than seven times that day as he said he wanted make a deal on the car, we haggled for a bit and as with most used car transactions, I didn't get what I wanted, but we struck a deal. They delivered the car to my house because Fernando wanted make the month end numbers. I wrote them a check for the entire amount as I don’t like financing vehicles and I was the proud owner of a “new” car. Less than 20 days later the keyless remote (I only received one instead of the normal two) broke. I went to Bluebonnet Ford Parts and was told they didn’t have one but could get one for $159.00. I have only owned the car for 20 days! I was more than a little upset and was told to contact the salesman. I called Fernando and he asked me to send him a picture of the remote which I did. He then said he would have to talk to his manager. I never heard back from him. I shouldn’t have to chase down the man who made money from me. Remember – he called me no less than seven times when he was trying to sell the car. Great customer service – once he had my check – he could care less about me. I have superglued the remote back together which at least works and allows me to operate the car. Steer clear of this organization and especially Fernando Maldonado.
I called about a Mercedes and spoke to Fernando on Thursday. I advised if he could put some numbers together for me and give me a call back. He said he... would speak to the manager and call me back. Friday and Saturday goes by, no call. I call back Monday and they were closed. I called again on Tuesday and he was referencing a completely different deal and then said he remembered talking to me and couldn't come close to the numbers. (we never talked numbers, he was suppose to call me back with those) He apologized and said the car was still available and he would talk to the manager and call me back. He did call back within 5 minutes with an agreeable number and I told him to put a purchase agreement together for me to review. He called me back again 5 minutes later and said that he would need a credit card for a deposit to hold the vehicle. I gave him credit card information and he said he would have that purchase agreement to me shortly. I waited 4 hours for an email and all he emailed me was the car fax. I emailed him back and 3 hours later he text me saying he was with customers and would have the email to me shortly. I had to call and request to speak to the manager (Bob) the next day. He said he would get to the bottom of it and Fernando called me back within 2 minutes saying that he couldn't send me a purchase agreement because someone put a deposit on the vehicle on Monday (closed holiday). Fernando said he would call me back and I requested to be followed up with by his manager again. He advised me Trey would be in touch by the end of the day. No follow up on that call either. I don't understand how a business doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.
