This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization. The process was easy and relatively quick. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership enough. This will be my only stop for a Volkswagen as long as I live in Texas. It’s worth the drive.

They were all very attentive and thorough in information presentation. Arryn was friendly and kept communication truthful and easy. Considering it was a Saturday, we didn’t feel pressured or rushed to complete the deal. Generally, car purchases are uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience. Not so for us. Good job!

I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.
