on TWO one way rentals. Vehicle needed a wind shield, tail light and front wheel bearing. WHOLE passenger side of the car was repainted POORLY. Salesman... said he wasn't a car guy, so it looked good to him. Offered an extra $500 off the price. An insulting joke. This was after they told me to be at the dealership prior to it opening, because someone else was interested in the car, and it was first come first served, no deposit taken over the phone. I should have known better. Any reputable dealership will take a deposit to hold a car for 48 hours.
Buying here was a very good experience .I found my salesman to be very knowledgeable about his products and not high pressure with the sale . I would recommend... this dealership.

I was lied to and even though I had my own pre-approved financing they did everything possible to keep me from using it so they could try to get me into... a 23.9% interest loan from one of their preferred lenders. Disgusting, stressful thanks to their used car finance department. I will never do business with these people. No one should.
Thank you to everyone at Superior Acura of Dayton for doing an amazing job. I wish that I could remember everyone's name. Everyone was friendly and helpful,... but I especially want to thank Stephanie and James. Although I only spoke with Stephanie on the phone, she is the greatest. James Green is the nicest and most attentive salesperson that I have ever dealt with. While looking at the car, he pointed out and had fixed, scratches on the car that I had not seen. He also spent time going over the numerous features of the car. The only issue that I had, was for the purchase of an extra key for the car. The car only had one key. I was told that the key could be made at a Kia dealer, but not told the price of a keyless remote. I had never had a key like that before. The key and programming of the key cost an extra $302. Overall, I recommend this car dealership. I purchased a 2017 car for the price that other dealerships are asking for 2015 and 2016. I have a great used car with low miles that looks brand new.

After being involved in a car accident I found myself in the market to purchase a vehicle. This dealership happened to have a used Chevy Malibu on their... lot that was the perfect replacement for my older version. Robert could not have made this unexpected purchase a more pleasurable experience for me. He was efficient, thorough, and honest!!!! Most importantly he did not pressure me to buy. He allowed me the time to make a decision while staying in contact with me. At another lot I looked at a similar vehicle but ultimately decided to give Superior Acura my business because of the excellent Srvice Robert provided me! I would highly recommend this lot to anybody looking for a used or new vehicle.

From my first call to the frigid car-side farewell from my sales person and the finance manager, I was treated with respect and genuine appreciation as... a customer. The price of my vehicle was such that I needed not haggle. Although they typically did not hold vehicles out on the lot, as I was driving nearly 2 1/2 hours from my home, they took that into consideration and agreed to hold the vehicle for me once they knew I had obtained financing and had check in hand. Alec, my cool sales guy, was very responsive to my texts and attentive to my questions and concerns as if I were buying a new $50,000 Acura. Our six-year-old vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for us to pick it up in a toasty warm service bay. The second remote was accidentally left on the desk before we left and when I contacted him about it, he sincerely apologized and said it would be overnighted to me the next day. There is a nearly identical newer vehicle with less miles and a few more bells and whistles still sitting on the lot just north of Chicago because evidently those people don't care about their customers like this dealership does. Nice job guys!

We purchased a Certified Acura RDX the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We didn't notice that the XM antenna was not functioning until later that night.... I texted my sales rep and he made an appointment for us on that Friday. I took the RDX in and it took service about 30 to 45 minutes to determine that the XM antenna was bad (the radio actually told you to check the XM antenna). They had not input our vehicle in the system, which was not surprising as we just picked the car up prior to them closing and Thursday was the holiday, so I did not think anything of it. He asked if I wanted the antenna requested for the repair and I stated that I did. He asked if I still wanted to do this, since we were not in the system, they would charge us parts and labor. I told him that, no, that will not happen as it's certified and we even have the extended warranty. He stated that once we were in the system, we would be fine. (pending) Today. 12/1/2016, I called to ask about the status as it seemed to be taking some time. When I called, I was switched around a few times and finally wound up at Parts where the guy took some time looking for the order (he was thorough) and said he did not see one. I told him to order the part and have it shipped in ASAP and to send me back to service so they could explain the snafu. I was sent back to VM. I did leave a VM and was quite stern. (This is still pending, I have not received a call back.) This, should not even have been an issue. It was a certified Acura (185 point inspection, and this should not have been missed) and she even bought the extended warranty (I won't, but it's her car). If they missed this, when the radio actually told them to check it, what else could they have missed (maybe it was good to get the warranty) I have placed a "No" for "Would you recommend this dealer to a friend?" because I am not sure about the service department. The sales rep we dealt with, Alec, was fine and his manager, Kane, also.
We drive two hours away to purchase our car from them. They beat out the competition by a couple thousand dollars, I couldn't be more happy with my car... and my experience. Evan Pruit sent me many emails and worked around my schedule, the car was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this dealership and this staff.
