I looked at about a dozen trucks at 5 dealerships in the past month. Your facility was by far the best for the following reasons: The folks I interacted with made my requests a priority. Requests were addressed in minutes - other dealers took hours or days. When I asked if I could talk to the previous owner about the vehicle you handed me the phone a few minutes later and said "his name is Dave". I asked about getting the vehicle on a rack so I could look at the undercarriage - when I came back from the restroom you were waiting to take me back to the shop. When I asked if you would include a new battery - there was a new battery on the desk in a few minutes. Anything we discussed that the sales manager needed to be involved in you brought him over so I could talked to him directly. I did not feel pressured to buy the vehicle - instead you responded to each of my requests until all my concerns were addressed.

Jerry was very friendly and easy to work with. He made sure everything was taken care of before we got there. He did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied and make the purchase as easy as possible.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone when I first called to the people in the service department were all very friendly, attentive and patient. It?s a very busy department, yet I was treated as if I was their only customer. Great and friendly service.
