On January 28, 2023, Chicago Fine Motors, MCCOOK, IL. The salesman Sisco from Chicago Fine Motors, sold my wife a used VW for 10k which had many underlying mechanical issues. He made her believe this was a good car by telling her that the car was in great condition and offering her an extended warranty for an additional $1600, that's literally non-existent. While driving the car home, it looked like a Christmas tree with so many warning lights on the dash, when my wife called this Sisco guy, he told her to drive the car for a week and the lights will miraculously disappear. We took the car to VW the next day and they told us that this car was unsafe to drive on the road, not even around the block, total price of over 10k to fix. I'm not exaggerating, we have ALL the paperwork to prove this, the guy at VW nor myself haven't seen a car repair bill of 10k for mechanical issues ONLY that hasn't been in a wreck. My wife notified this Sisco guy of this and he yelled at her through the top of his lungs telling her that she wasn't supposed to take this car to VW, she was supposed to call him and follow all his instructions like he's a "king", he called her a problem and nearly made her cry by berating her and yelling while giving her a no chance to speak. These people should not be in business, this is a horrible place to do business. If you check their BBB complaints/ratings they have a pattern of scrupulous and fraudulent practices to consumers.

Nice setup bad cars
Came to look at three cars for my daughter a few days ago. When I got there was helped by a salesman I forget his name that was nice but a bit hard to understand. When we saw the cars all three had check engine lights on and various lights on the dash. Decided to look at a few others and it was the same with each car including a few that were leaking oil and fluids all over the floor. These cars must be the ones rejected by other dealerships we decided to look elsewhere and not risk getting a lemon.
This Place sells Lemon cars.
This place is a complete scam. They sold me a Lemon car. I drove it for 10 minutes after just buying it and it broke down on me. After waiting two hours on the tow truck to get the car. Me and my 3 little kids walked to the gas station which was an hour walk to call an uber. I call them the next day and they tell me they have to keep a thousand dollars of my money for them selling me a Lemon. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or a minute of your life here.
I brought a car April of this year 2022 i have a 2016
I brought a car April of this year 2022 i have a 2016 ford focus it’s only been 5 months sense i brought this car. my clutch went out in August when i brought the car they lied and told me the warranty covers the car up to a year. but once i called and told them the problem now it just don’t cover the clutch. the clutch cost $2800 to get fix. i only had this car for a short minimum of time who said i wanted to pay $2800 so i gave they car back also had to make a police report. the officers at the scene said they been up to this car lot 6 times this year for the same problem.SO BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
Happy, Good salespeople still in style there
I have shopped ( Professional tire kicker ) I know nobody want's to have their time wasted. This place takes the time and they are happy with their job and it shows. I will be back Thankyou Chris and Phil
UNPROFESSIONAL
This car dealership was horrible. The salesman was very rude and unprofessional. I believe there was some discrimination going on. When I first arrived they told me I couldn't park in a certain spot, then when I got out no one would assist. When someone finally came they just sent me over to the car I was interested in and left me there to fend for myself. I tried to start up the car and it wouldn't start. No one was willing to help or answer any questions. I would not recommend this place at all.
You all missed something
Chicago Fine Motors is a wholesaler, people. That's why no customer service. They warned me about that when I was there. Really should not be on cars.com.
