I purchased a camaro last May that had only one key. I was promised another, and several calls and excuses later, I told to come today November 10.... Waited 2 hours still no key, management wouldn’t even take the time to see me. They had a service employee tell me they would take care of it. I’ll get my own key and shop elsewhere in the future. This past Tuesday I took my 2018 Ram 1500 Limited in for recall and warranty work, along with work I WAS GOING TO PAY for. I marked a CV joint that I was... going to PAY to have removed and the service manager took offense and said I was calling him a lair for doing that. I was then told to leave the property and don't come back I spoke with the General manger 8/16/19 and was told I was to leave the property. He believed every word the service manager said regardless of the fact he was not present
I took my Jeep in on Friday morning (4/5/19) and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon (4/9/19). On Wednesday morning I opened my glove box to find a RAT approximately... 6 inches long plus however long his tail was. Had a friend search for the rodent. Took it to a Carwash to wash out the engine bay to make sure it wasn’t in there. Took off the engine cover to find a recent rats nest being built. It chewed part of the foam from the engine cover and another part of foam near the engine as well as napkins form the glove box. My car did not have a rat before it went to the dealership. However, they are unwilling to replace the engine cover, have my car detailed or admit it came from their dealership. I understand it’s hard to say it came from their but it is the only place my Jeep has sat long enough for a rat to get in and build a nest. The management is kind, but I will never feel comfortable leaving my car to be worked on at this dealership again.
I needed a recall done on my 18 Challenger and was done quickly and done right so I have no complaints at all with this dealer

Purchased my new 2017 Ram Big Horn in September of 2017, and had a freak warranty repair issue within 60 days. The service department was great to work... with. The sales staff wasn't pushy, but helped me get the truck I wanted. Good experience, and I'll use them again when I get ready to buy another vehicle.
I own a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn 5.7L HEMI. To me, my Ram is the best looking, most powerful and most comfortable pickup on the road. I definitely got more... accessories and upgrades with my Ram than I could have with Chevy, Ford, and Toyota at the same price point. To me the service after the purchase is the most priceless part of the Carlock Ram dealership. They have a great guy by the name of Rick R. who has been my service advisor since 2014 until he was recently promoted to shop manager. This is a guy that I sent my on mother too. I hated to loose him as my service advisor, but I'm glad to have him over the entire shop. Now I have Sean P. as my new service advisor and he is taking great car of my vehicle as well. I know that there are numerous mechanics that we do not see doing the work and they are truly the back bone of the entire dealership. I credit the collective efforts of the entire service department with my having 95K plus miles on my truck and virtually no problems to mention. Let me also mention this, they treat you like family, they will be honest with you, but I have never seen the service guys try to pressure or take advantage of anyone. That's why I sent my own mother to Carlock when she was in town visiting and needed work done on her vehicle. I hope that this has been helpful to someone!
