I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Hyundai dealership. When I bought my vehicle, I was promised lifetime free oil changes, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase from them. On my last visit, I was told the dealership is under new ownership and they are no longer honoring that agreement—without any prior notice. I was charged $91 for an oil change I had every reason to believe was covered. What’s worse, I reached out multiple times via voicemail, email, and the customer feedback survey—and never received a response. This lack of communication and failure to stand by previous commitments shows a serious lack of integrity and customer service. If you’re considering doing business here, I’d recommend getting everything in writing and being prepared for the dealership to go back on their word. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I had an outstanding experience, and the salesman (Sal)

I had an outstanding experience, and the salesman (Sal) helped me find the needle in a haystack. I was purchasing a car for my daughter who was on a very tight budget with above budget requirements. It wasn't easy but Sal found me the gem I was looking for at the budget he was given. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend Sheehey Hyundia of Chantilly. And I would absolutely work with Sal again as he was very accommodating, patient and professional. He made a stressful process almost completely stress free.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership! Sales Advisor Paul and Finance Advisor Dee provided exceptional service from start to finish. They made the entire process seamless, guiding me through every step with transparency and professionalism. Their upfront approach and attention to detail made all the difference. This dealership is the worst I have ever been to.

This dealership is the worst I have ever been to. They do not follow up. Do not discuss any work that has been done to my car. I needed a part ordered for my car and it took over 7 months and I had to call to follow up about it. I called and asked if it was in and it was! I asked if anyone was planning on calling me to let me know and no response. They do not care about customer service or caring for my car. I will never go back.

I had an apt and parked the car in the lane, no one comes

I had an apt and parked the car in the lane, no one comes out so I go in and three Hyundai service managers sitting behind the counter, do not even look up to acknowledge there is a customer. After having to stare at them for a few minutes, I get acknowledged. After 2 hours for oil service (which is fine and to be expected) I see my car back in the lane, I assume my car is ready. Again went back and service managers who don’t acknowledge me, stare again, and one of them tells me go to cashier. Went to cashier, she says car is not ready, I explain, then go back to service managers, stare again!! Then told paperwork not ready. 20 minutes later, after going for a walk and told by another customer “good luck getting your car”, the paperwork is ready. I then ask why was my car not washed, told the car wash is broken. I get in my car a few minutes later and drive to the car wash and 3 are in queue while one was coming out. This is usual behavior here, this was my last warranty service and my last visit with this dealership which I purchased 2 new cars from.
