I spent $19,500 on a used 2018 vehicle that every time I put on the brakes it makes a loud raddling noise. I called the very next morning. I was told to bring it in. Although when I did I was told I had to leave it and it would be $195. just to tell me what was wrong. I came alone so then I had to make arrangements with someone. The service department didn't tell me to go to the used service area. No one gave me a clue as where I needed to go. The salesman I bought from was out sick for the next two weeks. Finally bring it in and they said it was checked out 100% nothing came up wrong. Obviously no one actually drove it. So they put new brake pads on. I knew when he said that they didn't fix the problem. I could have told it wasn't the pads. If said if it continued that it was probably a bent router. Do you think that was a hint? My 23 year old car doesn't make this much noise. I know didn't I hear it in the test drive? No the salesman had the radio on and constantly was talking to my mother in the back seat the whole time. I wish I would have gone any where else. When I called the salesman back I had to leave a message. He never returned my call. Go any where else but here. They are very unorganized. The service department doesn't know what they are doing. They don't stand behind their cars. Why would you replace the brake pads if they didn't need it and call it fixed. Why would I take it back to you again if you couldn't figure out what was wrong when I brought to you. All they way around the work ethic stinks of bad business. Maybe I will try the Elk Grove Nissan like I read in a review from someone else that had problems with this place also.

is was greeted and assisted immediately. tina was very polite and courteous. she even took the time to talk to my family that was with me. what was great about her was that i did not feel pressured to make the transaction. car buying can be quite a drag with all the haggling back and forth. this one was not half bad.

Best Dealership in town
NISSAN of Sacramento definitely exceeded my expectations. My husband and I haven't purchased a car in 11 years and we were dreading to have to buy a new one. After speaking with some other local dealerships, nissan of sacramento is hands down the best dealership and we would definitely come back and purchase from there again. Our sales person was Christiana. She very knowlegable and helpful and has a great personality. She knew exactly what we wanted and had the vehicles ready for us to look at when we came in. Staff is always smiling and kind and we felt very welcomed. It's great to know there is a dealership we can go to that we trust in our buying. My Service Experiences
It's the only place I trust to get my 2005 Nissan Altima serviced. I have had bad run ins with other dealerships. Todd and Jan are always so help full. I never use shuttles for travel but I used it on my last visit. Julie dropped me off and Jon picked me up from my home. The reason why I remember their names is because they were so pleasant and helpful.
