Caring Service Advisor

I Felt that Drew Really was disappointed that they couldn't Find All of the Problems with My Rogue. I felt He Cared about my safety and Tried to put Me at Ease about Nissan in general.

Great customer services

I had a very positive customer service experience while visitng Nissan of Sacramento. My service advisor was extremely helpful as was the shuttle driver who took me home and picked me back up to get my car.

great place of people oriented emloyees. thank you

dealership bldg. is clean as is the restrooms, all employees were polite, respectful and helpful, and they all looked like professionals, dressed according to their job descriptions, service area personnel, those behind desks, those behind counters, sales team, regardless of used vehicles or new vehicles...an amazing group of team oriented personnel who are all 'people friendly'.

Great service, great employees

The intake on service is consistently efficient, polite and welcoming. Although the various options for service (sometimes 3 levels), there is no sales pressure. Sometimes I get only what is needed and sometimes I get a higher level, depending upon my finances. I like that there isn't pressure at intake for the higher priced services.

Vehicle service visit experience

Fast and friendly

Fast and friendly, clean and good lighting, but the sound system should be updated. The music sounds like it's coming from the overhead phone system with no stereo or surround sound

New 2015 Altima 2.5S

The seller was nice. From what he said he was fairly new. I came in from an offer from Capital one mailer. I was really interested in a Rogue or an Altima. I was showed the Rogue select. The reason I chose the Altima was because of the features that it has compared to the Rogue select. I may try to eventually get a rogue.
