Quick to get me an appointment with the service center. They were quick to recommend replacing and were excited to share a promotion to save money to later... find out the cost was still more than other locations. Take care of your clients rather than line your pockets and you will have better client continuity.

Took car in for oil and filter change. Didn't realize I was due for 60K mile maintenance. Mike Scott scheduled what was needed for my car, and also on... his own initiative took the trouble to find some coupons I was eligible for to save me some money. I appreciate his efforts. Thanks Mike!
