My wife and I visited Lincoln of Norwood on Oct 5, 2023 and spoke with Ms. Mara Russell regarding truing in our leased Ford Explore for a new Lincoln Aviator. After a very insightful and knowledgeable conversation with Ms Mara Russell we decided to lease the 2023 Black Label Plug-in Hybrid Aviator. We drove our new Aviator home that very same day and have enjoyed it since. Ms. Mara Russell continued to check in on how everything was going with our new Aviator and inquired if we had any questions or if we needed any assistance. On our 6 month anniversary of leasing the Aviator, Ms. Mara Russell reached out to us again checking in to see if we were still happy with the vehicle, and we told her that yes we are still very happy with it. This shows to us that Ms. Mara Russell is an outstanding asset to Herb Chambers as well as a fantastic Manager and sales person to continue to care about the people that she has dealings with. We would recommend Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood and especially Ms. Mara Russell to all our family and friends when it is time for them to look for a new car.
