Check muffler damage

Michael did such a great job with the customer service I received and being very friendly and relational. He didn’t have to, but he’s a people person and made us feel valued and cared for.

Oil Change

Oil change was quick, it took 1 hour exactly and salesperson was very nice and professional. Thankful it was an easy and smooth first visit!

Kathleen the Angel

Kathleen in the service department provided me the best customer service I’ve experienced in my 40 years on this planet. Not only was she delightful, but she made sure to explain everything that was going on. They were really swamped when I went for my oil change. I told her my circumstances about only being able to come on the weekend because of my work schedule. Not only did she make sure my service was done, she also provided me a loaner since I have a newborn at home, she even waited after hours till I returned to pick up my car. She even went as far as the make sure I really wanted my black car to go through the automated washer. If more dealerships hand an employee like Kathleen, I would probably own 100 cars!!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Sensor repair

Great service and very friendly. Helped a lot with my kids while I waited. Very happy with my experience. They fixed a hard to find sensor.

Splash guard replacemrnt

I received free oil changes when I bought my civic. One of the oil changes the tech didn't fasten the splash guard after he was done with the oil changes, it came apart going over snoqualmie pass. I told dealership that it had happened and they installed another splash guard because the other was scraped up. All went well with the repair. Why the oil change tech didn't fasten it properly is beyond me. Jeff Douglas did take care of the situation.

Great service and honesty within purchasing my car

I came in this Honda car dealership already knowing the exact car I wanted that they had. DeWayne Pierce took me right in and got me the car I wanted with a ton of great deals added in making the car more worth of purchasing. He gave me a really good deal and was able to get the pricing and payment options where I was most comfortable. Thank you!! I love my new car!

Leasing a new car

We turned in a previously leased car Rairdons Honda and decided to go ahead and lease a new CVR. The salesman was professional and worked with us to get the best deal on a new lease.

Very friendly. Great customer service. I had a turn signal that wasn’t working. Not only did they installed the bulb at no cost but washed my car. I will be back to get my oil changed when it’s time. Thank you!
