The Sales team - especially Staas is amazing. I'd give him 10 stars if I could and wish I could buy every future car from him. Unfortunately, dealing with the finance team will keep me from coming back. I've been trying to cancel my warranty since Dec of 2024. I traveled all the way from Denver to Greeley to sign the paperwork and start the process. I was told it takes 8-10 weeks. I followed up at the end of March, and was told that my paperwork was never sent in. It got sent at the end of March. I was told by finance they would "rush" it since it was their mistake. I had asked for some proof of cancellation (or a tracking number per my banks recommendation). I left weekly voicemails for the past month and sent 2 emails with never a response back. Every time I call, a new staff member says they'll look into it and find some answers for me and I never hear back. The customer service outside of sales is awful. I was looking to trade in my truck for another car and will have to go to a different dealership now.

This is a great dealership. Transparent, honest and a pleasure to work with. Frankly, cannot say that about some dealerships. Love working with Victoria and her manager Spencer. She was very fast to respond, understood my needs and found a great solution. Before you go to another VW dealer, give hear a call. You will be happy you did and don't have to worry about being ripped off. They are honest folks and they give excellent deals!! I ended up buying a different brand in the end and they understood.

Terrific service! The surface advisor and mechanics went above and beyond to resolve a warranty issue and when they didn’t get resolution, they worked with me to be sure my vehicle was repaired. I cannot thank them enough for their above and beyond efforts!
