    Sent an email prior to looking at a specific crossover i wanted. Before i took the trip, I wanted to confirm if the crossover had a 3rd row. Without getting... anyone in trouble, they confirmed the listing details I was looking for. Went to the dealership that same night to find out the car was not only listed on the internet incorrectly, but the person that said he was a sales person, was not and he didn't even look at the car that was parked out in front. When i asked him if it had a 3rd row he said yes, but to my surprise when i arrived the car did not. So I wasted gas, tolls and my time to find out they didn't really care about what i was looking for. They just told me , "oh we have a lot of cars, what are you looking for". NOT YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager didn't even care when i complained. So typical! Don't waste your time with this place. They will give you the run around just to get you in there.

    I arrived at the dealer about an hour prior to closing. I was greeted my the salesman Nash. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range.... He showed me the car and was very knowledgeable. I made my decision to go with the 2017 Optmia. Nash was able to get the price exactly where I wanted it. In finance I dealt with a Daniel who took his time and explained everything to me and my best options. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and I will be referring people there.

    Went to buy a vehicle was getting run around then we seen a vehicle and it had sctaches and dents all over it and the salesman( Howard) tells us that’s... what you get when you buy a used vehicle really he didn’t say he would try and fix it or deduct anything on price will never get my business and I will make sure to let everyone I know to not go there Horrible business

    Got a lease from this dealership and I regret I did. It is a out of state lease. I got a temporary registration for 3 weeks. Here I m a month later, with... no plates and no registration. Costumer service sucks. You get a person on the phone who sends you to a nother person whom you get his/her voicemail and no one calls back. I have asked for management to be put on the phone, to no availability. Just pure unprofessional.
