Be wary of these folks.

Be wary of these folks. I put my truck on cars.com and they came back with an instant offer. I will say I'm quite disappointed by the whole process. They sent me an offer based on the information and pictures I sent them. I called and had an appt with Vince for 10 AM at preowned. I got there and told them I had an appt with Vince. Well apparently, Vince doesn't talk to you, he sends a sales guy over to do all the leg work. Went through info with him , they washed and brought it back. They said they couldn't even give an offer because it had surface rust. Never did speak to Vince. They had pictures that I uploaded. I don't think anyone actually looked at the photos. This is was very disrespectful and waste of my time bringing the truck over and nobody wants to give you the time of day.

Having done business with Keeler for numerous years, have

Having done business with Keeler for numerous years, have always found their service to be what is expected of a luxury brand. The latest visit(s) were less so. Took in for a 40k service. They did everything but in the process created a tire issue. These tires were vertually brand knew ~ 200miles. Returned car, they took it in, assessed and agreed to address the issue at no charge. Guess my surprise, when less than a week later the same issue surfaced, which was a continual slow leak. Decided I didn’t want to spend another 2hrs at the dealer and still wonder, took car back to company who had originally installed the tires. They found the issue corrected and now everything is back to normal. Maybe just a couple bad days at Keeler, but very disappointed in their quality control this go around.

I began my time with Mercedes when I got a Mercedes GLE

I began my time with Mercedes when I got a Mercedes GLE 350 2023 last year, from Keeler. Not even week later the driver side mirror would not fold at all. Afterwards I went to Keeler and explained the issue, they told me that they were going to look into it. When they looked into it they told me there were no issues they could find. When I came home assuming it was fixed, I called them again and explain the issue was still there. They then told me an excuse that the cold was the reason why it wouldn’t work. Because of this I had to go to the city on a trip with one functioning mirror. Now it’s summer time, it still has the same issue, as well as some other issues. One of which is when sitting at red lights in which the navigation disappears completely, it will disappear and reappear randomly at will. The other issue being that the back up camera will work inconsistently. I also have coverage for my tires and rims, and when having an incident occur which led to my back rim being scratched and bringing my car to Keeler, resulted in them not fixing the back rim correctly and still having a decently large scratch still clear and apparent. I also had an issue occur where I had a nail in my front left tire, and they did not replace both tires but instead said they’d only replace one. I asked a decent amount of other dealers and they told me that I HAD TO replace both tires as it’s AWD. Yet the Keeler dealer only replaced the one tire, AS WELL AS scratched my front left rim when replacing my tire. Now they told me that they will make an appointment next month on Sept 16th, to fix it. The only reason I’m writing this all is to warn future customers to NOT BUY Mercedes GLE 350, ESPECIALLY from Keeler. They deserve zero stars for truly, horrible, horrible, management, not to mention rude staff working there. I called and left a message as well for the service manager and I never even got a call back. I even called the sales guy who I bought the car from and he told me that they couldn’t do anything. You buy an $80,000 dollar car and yet they don’t have the decency or the respect to treat a customer decently.

Very Pleased

The Keeler experience was flawless Paul Martel was helpful Friendly and accommodating From the time we ordered the car to the time we took delivery Paul was on top of the progress and kept us updated Delivery went very well with Paul and John Reigert, finance manager John was knowledgeable and engaging . And of course Peter Connolly who has always treated us like family Keeler Motors is a well oiled machine and our purchase experience was remarkable

Excellent Service

I bought a brand new car from Keeler Mercedes. The service was awesome. Paul Martell was outstanding in patience and placing me in my dream car. Be sure to ask for him. Mr. OReilly, the Business Manager is very friendly and he was outstanding as well.
