Untrustworthy Nissan Delership!

Untrustworthy Nissan Delership! I bought a used Corvette from these lying people & it was the worst experience ever! They advertised the car on this site, the pictures look good & their salesman, Dakota Martin promised me the car was flawless. Even with several videos, I had him send me, the car looked good. The sales person swore to me the car was in mint condition. I paid top dollar for it and had the car shipped to my home, upon arrival the cars wheels were completely corroded and there were scratches & chips all over the vehicle. I wish I could put pictures on this review for everybody to see what liars this dealership is. Do not trust these guys or even bother to deal with them, total liars! Tried to contact the manager a dozen times to talk about the condition of the vehicle when it arrived to me. He dodged my calls and would not even bother to call me back. I tried to dispute this with my credit card company to get money back to cover the damages on the car that they promised to me weren’t there. But unfortunately I signed a “as is” document & I couldn’t get back the thousands of dollars it took me to fix the car to the mint condition I was promised it was in. I advise you and anyone else that reads this review to never buy anything from these crooks, even if they’re the last dealership on the planet! They will screw you and then laugh behind closed doors, because they won’t get on the phone and face up to their lying grift deals!

Untrustworthy Nissan Delership! I bought a used Corvette from these lying people & it was the worst experience ever! Guilty Criminal Loan Fraud, mileage tampering,

90yo cancer survivors independence stolen away due to NISSAN OF GREENVILLE & Randolph Bryant’s greed! He was our salesman who sold us a 2011 Quest with 166000 miles only showing 66000 miles & DMV would not register due to showing 100k more miles years prior! First Nissan of Greenville (NoG) acted surprised & offered to replace, but once we arrived that announced new management knowing nothing about it!! Prepaid TT &L never mailed to buyer! Never reimbursed! Lost $10,000k down so dealership could coverup crime! Dpd impounded Van due to no plates & innocent buyer now careless victim! Santander Financial loaned $10k over loan due to 66000 mile odometer, but don’t consider themselves victims too? CARFAX showed 108,340 back in 2014 and many other 100k +entries Nissan of Greenville removed and CARFAX ALLOWED IT! HUGE CONSPIRACY TO COVER THIS UP, ending with NY Disbarred Lawyer sending plates 18 months later, to a third party to avoid racketeering charges!

We found a vehicle that we liked on line called spoke

We found a vehicle that we liked on line called spoke with a salesman on the phone for 2 days. After being told several times that we could not drive up there and not make some kind of a deal he finally convinced us to drive up and said he would make a us a deal on our 2020 Volkswagen and we would be driving home in truck with our payment’s where we need them and get up there and we was 100 dollars from the payment we needed. He just said thanks for coming in. It was a 2022 model that was supposedly been discounted and it’s almost time for the 2024 to come out they still had 3 2022

Outstanding service... Stephen Ryan is an outstanding service manager. He worked extremely hard to make my Nissan back where it was supposed to be. He kept me up to date the entire process. very POOR service

let me start by saying the sells have been pretty good.but the service however. This is my second vehicle i have got from them. Went in for routine service (oil change, tire rotation, check the fluids supposedly, they did not take the time to wash are vacuum my truck out. they wanted 120 bucks for an alignment which has been a problem since I purchased it and they told me it was tire pressure.but still not fixed, did not get alignment and called sale chevy in kinston and they would do an alignment for 60 bucks...also let it be noted they wanted 120 bucks to change air filter and cabin filter which i declined, went and purchased myself and took me 5 min to install them both.that is 100 labor for 5 min of work, i mean really.no washer fluid at all put in my truck, makes me think they did not check any of the fluids which was on the checklist i have.let it be noted i am still under WARRANTY!!. very poor service if u ask m..seems they are trying to get their money plus some for them 10 free oil changes i have. Would not recommend...highly not recommend!!!

Purchased a 2022 Rogue on 6/25/22. Was unfortunately totaled on 7/14/22. Still waiting for my refunds to be issued. Was told 2 times it would be checked on and called back. NO RESPONSE

Warranty work not done as scheduled

Purchased a new 2021 Nissan Rogue In February of 2021. Had an appointment to take the car in for warranty work. The car sat on the lot for a week but the car was never worked on. I call several times checking on the status but was given the round around. I finally had to pick my car up with no warranty work done. I’m looking at taking the car to a different dealership for the work but I will have to travel 75 miles from home.
