I love my new car and I love my new dealership.

It was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a new car. The salesman did not pressure me and the financial went extremely fast and he even gave me great advice. Not my first time buying a new car, but my first time I actually enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend Nissan in Greenville .

Charles Cooper

Had appointment for service, arrived a few minutes early. Service counselor, Sean, met me and put the car in service department immediately. in addition to regular service, showed me the dirty engine filter which was replaced. Vehicle was vacuumed and washed. Very courteous and efficient.

Worse experience ever!

Co signed a car for my daughter May 15 2021, they did not give my daughter any paperwork on the day of purchase...she didn't know 1st new car. I signed papers a couple days later and asked the man that brought me paperwork to email all of it to me once back to finance dept. I felt like some documents were missing but not sure since i never co signed before and wasnt present in person on the day of purchase. FInally got documents about 10 days later after numerous calls. There was some BIG issues with them tried calling multiple times no one ever answered or if you got someone they transferred you to another phone no one answered and mailbox not set up for voicemail. Apparently some internal issues going on and mgmt change so i spoke to the new general manager and he was nice, trying to resolve issue and I thought things were settled. My daughter re-signed papers 5/28 and myself at my workplace 5/29 and we are once again waiting on the copy of documents/contract to be emailed to us. i spoke to the new GM about sending to me and he said he would that was 6/3,...still waiting...left a review on google 6/13 and got a response from someone at dealership on 6/14 with a phone number that worked they told me they would go talk to finance and get it emailed to me and call me back to verify i got it. That was yesterday morning.... Ive got nothing... tried to call that new number given, went to voicemail.... just wanted to share my experience

Buying New Car

Randall was great in helping us find our new car and worked quick to answer all of our questions. We bought the car out of state and he and his team hand delivered it to our house and we are extremely satisfied with the customer support and assistance with the acquisition of our new car.
