Purchased a 2022 Rogue on 6/25/22. Was unfortunately totaled on 7/14/22. Still waiting for my refunds to be issued. Was told 2 times it would be checked on and called back. NO RESPONSE


Warranty work not done as scheduled

Purchased a new 2021 Nissan Rogue In February of 2021. Had an appointment to take the car in for warranty work. The car sat on the lot for a week but the car was never worked on. I call several times checking on the status but was given the round around. I finally had to pick my car up with no warranty work done. I’m looking at taking the car to a different dealership for the work but I will have to travel 75 miles from home.

Plain and simple they DO NOT honor their warranty.

Plain and simple they DO NOT honor their warranty. I bought a new sentra 1 1/2 years ago it has less than 10K miles and a repeat issue that they say I have to pay for to get it fixed. It's time for me to get away from a Nissan.

Allen Eason was very helpful. Quality work. Easily one of the smoothest experiences I've had in regards to car service. I would certainly come back.

I bought a 2017 Buick Oncore from Nissan of Greenville

I bought a 2017 Buick Oncore from Nissan of Greenville before the 1st payment was due check engine light came on .I took to Huffines of Plano dealership to fix .They called me to my Oncore and asked if i knew it had a wrecking yard engine in it .I was SHOCKED no sir i was not it wasnt even on carfax .I texed the sales person he said we dont sell cars with wrecking yard engines in them ibsent him puctures no response .I called the sales manager at Nissan of Greenville she asked how did i know something like that told her how i found out she got rude .They didnt try to fix the issue or even APPOLGIZE. I was shocked .Then i found out 2 years ago they had same issues with people holding signs up NISSAN OF GREENVILLE SELLS JUNK CARS .IF i would of known i would not of bought there.I had to give a rateing to give my review but itvwould be 0 stars BEWARE i wpuld add the pictures of tge engine but wont let me on here with all the markings they do on them at wrecking yards

Best place to go

Always friendly and helpful. Keep me updated with status and love the text messages with recommendations. Today did take a little longer than normal but the staff will keep you entertained while you wait. I have never had a bad experience here yet. I love the way they stay on top of my vehicle maintenance and concerns.

Great service

The appointment was easy to get. They started promptly. The tech checked with me to see if I needed anything and came out and showed me the coffee. When the service for which I had come was done, the tech brought the results of the multi-check and went through it with me. I was given the option to take or decline the needed service. I really liked that prices were stated up front. When all the work was done, my car was returned to me clean and ready. Alexis was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience.

General sales manager submitted personal info without my approval for loan.saw that it got rejected to ding my credit report.Dont waste your time or money here.He was angry that I stood up to being bullied.I had to ask for my key back 4 times.Totally unprofessional.
