I bought a Rogue at the Nissan of Greenville!

I bought a Rogue at the Nissan of Greenville! I had visited a couple of dealerships while searching for the right one at the right price, decided to come back to Greenville for a second time and ended up talking with Hunter and Rebecca who both took great care of us! It was a Saturday and they were very paitent and professional with us while we were going over the details of the purchase.

I will never buy from this dealer again.

I will never buy from this dealer again. I came in with cash to buy a car for my daughter and then decided to finance to help her with her credit. Car price was 9,999. I put 6k down, they changed the price of the car buy 2k and then added a bunch of add ons. I financed 9K after putting 6k down….. no one from the dealer will call me back etc. every few days it’s my manager was supposed to call you, sorry we were busy, sorry he will call you tomorrow. Very disappointed.

Everyone took the time to make sure that I was pleased

Everyone took the time to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase….from choosing the vehicle best suited for me, having the car in the color I wanted delivered, working with me to get the price I was comfortable with spending, and showing me all the technical options my car had to offer. From beginning to end, the overall experience was pleasant.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. Online prices are a lie just to lure you in. The prices include every possible rebate, but they can't honor all of them because they are mutually exclusive. This red flag should have been enough for me to walk. The big dealer discount gets countered by a huge add-ons ($3,000+) most of which are useless or overpriced. It was like pulling teeth to even get them to put anything in writing for me to see. Had one salesman ghost me and another make me wait 20 minutes to test drive for a scheduled appointment after I showed up 10 minutes early. I left before she came back with the keys. It was too bad. She was a sweet lady. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service department.

Terrible service department. Took truck in for warranty work. We’re not responsive and hard to get updates. Gave me a list of 11 service items they wanted me to pay for. Took truck to Eastern Nissan. 90% of my list of 11 must do , we’re not must do and what truck really needed was brakes . Never get any Service done at Greenville Nissan!
