This was my first maintenance service for my lease. I am from out of area, so arranged appointment so that I could have the least amount of wait time. All went as well as I could hope for.

When I booked the appointment I asked how long it would take for just an oil change because I had a meeting. I was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived I declined the inspections and the Carwash and was told it would be quick. I waited 2 hours for just a Carwash. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Easy purchase and they gave me a great price.
Easy purchase and they gave me a great price. I was rushed into making a decision and while I knew what car I wanted, I was talked into taking it that same day which I wasn't prepared for. I did not get to inspect the car carefully and there is a small scratch on the hood I didn't notice until days later. It was also late in the day when I took the car so I was not shown any features, only connected to the app and sent on my way.

My Service rep Miguel was amazing and kept me informed,
My Service rep Miguel was amazing and kept me informed, however my 120k service done resulted in my car being installed with a leaky oil carriage. I got home and I can see the trail of oil leaking. My car started to smell Smokey from the leaking oil so I brought my car into a different auto service and they confirm the oil filter cartridge that was replaced was leaking oil.

Anthony was honest and professional but also made the experience easygoing. He genuinely wanted us to get the best deal. It didn’t seem like he was tricking us into anything. He even gave us some dessert and hats at the end. I also liked how everyone at the dealership are into cars. They really know a lot and help answer any questions you might have. They work with you to get the best deal. Highly recommend! I’ll be recommending this specific dealership to any of my family or friends. Great working with them!

Angel is so helpful and upfront with everything from beginning to end. He is friendly, courteous, and respectful. He made us feel comfortable and made the whole experience quick and memorable. I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles from various manufacturers, and by far, this one is my best experience ever. My wife and I drove an hour to get our CX-90 from Angel at CardinaleWay Mazda of Corona. We have several Mazda dealers near our home, but they are nowhere close to the level of service and transparency of Mazda of Corona. I've talked to many other Mazda dealer personnel, and they are, at best, a 1-star experience. At CardinaleWay Mazda of Corona, they gave us a million-star service. We felt like we were at a BMW or a Mercedes dealership. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and attentive. Everyone greeted us, even when they were leaving to go home. I am a manager in the service retail sector, and I know excellent service when I see it and experience it. Angel is a great asset and a valuable employee to represent Mazda and its dealership.
