Faraj is a fantastic dealership for every kind of buyer! As a first time buyer, I walked in feeling very overwhelmed by the entire process. Mark walked me through everything step-by-step, and answered all of my questions in a very thorough manner. He was very responsive when I initially reached out as well, and he even told me to call with any questions or concerns after I left! I walked out feeling very confident in my purchase! Super professional staff runs every car through rigorous inspection before putting the cars up for sale, and they offer the carfax at no charge! The staff consists of very genuine and friendly people that act more human than most dealerships I’ve visited - no pressure, no hassle, and no talking just to talk (if you know what I mean)! I consider myself so lucky to happen upon Faraj Motors through Kelly's Blue Book website. You're not going to find a place to buy a used car that can top this small family operation in terms of customer support, service, stress free negotiation, and the all around great treatment by everyone who works there. We've all had experiences with shady car dealers who lure you in with" too good to be true prices", only to hit you with added charges and hard sell tactics that make shopping for a car such a anxiety ridden process. Not here!!! These are good, honest people who don't pressure you to buy, who are true to their word, stock only quality cars, and do everything to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new vehicle.
