What a nightmare trying to buy the truck signed 3 different contracts before they figured it out truck has been nothing but headache appears to have been... in a flood needed a water pump in the first month also had to service the rear end now being plagued with electrical issues 1 after another seems they dont look at these vehicles just wash them and sell them horrible experience will never go back nor recommend this dealer to anyone complete joke

I had to reach out 3 times to get anyone to respond to me about a car listed on their website. Drove 20 miles to the dealership to find the car had been... sold. They didn't even offer to show me any other vehicle.
This dealership had the exact model I was looking for. Made the long 78 mile drive to their facility. Worth every minute of the drive. Madilynn was an... excellent salesperson. The buying process was a bit drawn out with lots of back and forth about the selling price of the Jetta and the trade value of my vehicle. Eventually, we reached a deal that worked for both of us. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I was working with Shawn on finding a ram power wagon. He found one for me which was great. Set-up a time to go buy the truck. I had over an hour drive.... When my husband and I got to the dealership the truck was not near the quality he made it out to be. He said there were a few dents in the bumper. There were dents in the bumper, tailgate and a scratch to the metal on the bed. We went ahead and test drove it. While test driving the truck had a vibration. Back at the dealership we noticed it did not have the controller for the winch. He said he could order it for us. We told him what we needed for trade in and we already had our loan worked out. When they brought the price to us we were $4,000 off. It was getting to be 8:30 so my husband and I decided we needed to head home and would complete the deal later. As we were trying to leave, he stopped us giving us crap about not liking his price. My husband just kept asking him to let us leave. When me husband opened his truck door to get in, Shawn blocked him. He then proceeded to tell at my husband that our truck was a piece of xxxx, he was a bad father and that we were broke white trash. I was appalled that a manager would loose his cool that bad. Just because he overpaid for a truck that wasn't worth what he wanted to get out of it and we didn't let him dump his bad decision on us.
