Inquired about a 2016 Subaru Outback. We made an appointment to meet with the Mangers, to see this vehicle with the intention of buying it. After our hour and a half drive to make our appointment, we were greeted by a lovely lady at the door. when we said why we were there, the guy at the desk to the left of doors speaks over her, and the customer he had at his desk, saying rudely,,, that car is in glenwood,, i called you and it just rang. We all know cell phones leave a missed call notice, so yes a liar as well as rude. He says, well if you want to crunch numbers, we can decide if we want to bring that car down. Needless to say, we were very irritated at this point, and used some less than professional words, as we left. Left to go down the road and buy a new car from the Subaru dealer.. Thanks for being a jerk.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Drove over an hour to make an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The manager spoke over another customer, without introducing himself, or even standing up, to inform us that the vehicle was not in the county. We were baited in with a vehicle they don't have, and treated very rudely.

Greedy, Rude Scammers

We work with customers with all kinds of credit. After the first approval ended up falling through, we obtained a second one with different terms. The new terms were up to the customer if they would like to accept them or not. In this case, the second bank only offered 30 days until the first payment was due as opposed to the first bank who would have offered 45 days if the customer would have been able to meet all of that bank's requirements. Just because the second bank did not offer terms acceptable to the client does not mean our staff or managers tried to ?screw anyone.?
Do not buy from here
If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I bought a used car from them and a week after purchasing it they call to inform they could not secure financing so I either needed to put down ANOTHER $1500, get someone to co-sign, or I'd have to bring the car back. I decided to return the vehicle the next day, Saturday morning, and search elsewhere. When returning the car they said financing was closed due to it being the weekend and they could not return my deposit until Monday, I understood and left. It is now Wednesday and I've had to call multiple times and was still never able to speak to a manager despite the many times I asked to. I have yet to get MY money back even though they've had the car for 5 days. Typical sharks and would never recommend to anyone.

Unprofessional Sales Rep
I was shown 2 cars by Keyth. He was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know what he was talking about. He didn't have much knowledge on the vehicles he showed me. He seemed to be more interested in discussing things unrelated to business and car buying. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I wish I had not rode in a car alone with him. I was looking for a car. He was looking for a date. It was very awkward because I was very interested in a particular vehicle but I had to leave the situation. It is unfortunate that this is the kind of staff they keep. I would not buy a vehicle from here based on the level of inappropriateness that this sales rep showed.

just the start keep it up
went in to buy a truck and they wouldn't honor the internet price. tried to raise price 2300 dollar. plus they tried to cover up that the truck had hail damage on the roof. real shady people wouldn't trust them

Received a call back from the dealership regarding a question I had. That is a plus right there. My question was answered in a professional manner, I even got a deal that I would definitively take if I were ready to buy. Good to know this place want to sell a car, and not just want to make a profit.
