This store has poor and I do mean poor customer service. I went online to apply for vehicle. Asked to have vehicle transferred from another location on 2/21. Received email car had been shipped on 2/23. I physically go into store on 2/27 attempting to get an update only to be told car is not there by one person then another person tells me they are waiting on the title and a request has been put in for title and they should have it by 3/1. Well Monday came never heard from Carmax . I reached out to carmax only to be told that the title still was not in yet. Oh might I add the car was added on my insurance on 2/23. Fast forward to 3/2 I received a call the title is in you can come pick up your car. Before I could walk out the door I received a call back that the windshield had a Knick and it will be getting replaced you can come tomorrow 3/3 after 4:00 to pick up car. Well at this point I’m not feeling comfortable so I call to the store around 1:00anf ask is it possible to do a test drive .Sure come in and we will get everything setup is what I was advised. Get to the store only to find out after waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes or so that the windshield has not even been replaced. So you telling me this car has been at this store all this time and no one noticed the xxxx windshield cracked like this. Well can you give me a timeframe well according to the notes in the computer it could possibly be tomorrow but that is mot guaranteed. So at this point I feel the whole xxxx staff need to be replaced or shut the store down . It’s more to the story I am just DONE!!!!!

Very Helpful
Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

Loved my whole experience at CARMAX, Fort Worth!
My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!
