Their service center is a joke.
Their service center is a joke. Dishonest and treats you like you are in their way. Ignored countless times from SA Andrew and Manager Steve. Worst customer service ever. I wont be back.

Great experience! Hannah and Doug were awesome! Paul and Walt did everything they could to make sure I got the best deal. Probably, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and let’s be honest everyone who has ever bought a car dreads the back and forth and wheeling and dealing. Kelsey Chevrolet listened to my needs in a car, they respected my budget and I drove away in a car that I love!

Be mindful of one sales associate.
Be mindful of one sales associate. He didn’t listen to us. He also didn’t know what he was doing. No customer Service manners whatsoever. We requested to only have our credit ran no more than 3 times each they ran it 7 times each. We both have excellent credit but he did it anyway. To lower our monthly payment they tacked on another 3 months of payment. We said whatever after being there 6 hours. We have bought cars from them before but not going back to buy another car but we have to for service which is ok because the service department is really nice.
