They continuously contacted me via txt,call.

They continuously contacted me via txt,call.and email!! Someone finally said i would be dealing eoth him and only him..told.me.to.send bank statements and offered to buy my current truck as.a.trade and have not heard back!! I talked dto.two people there and none know of any of this ...has me worri3d as.my info is on my bank statements!!!! Really.wanted a truck they have too

I guess I would start by saying you don’t show a new customer a vehicle new or used that haven’t been cleaned or should I say detailed. It doesn’t look good when you test drive a vehicle with food and live insects crawling inside. That’s all I have to say.

This dealership will lie and scam you into a warranty.

This dealership will lie and scam you into a warranty. They told me that my credit union who I financed with required me to buy a warranty. That was a xxxxing lie. They defrauded me. They should be taken off of cars.com. Never, ever go here.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Went and got a car and one the SAME DAY the car had issues that they said they would fix but never did. The next day the car broke down and they had to have someone come get me. The car broke down so many times in the first year and was In and out of the shop. I kept asking if they could do something they said no and still to this day did nothing. The shop told me they can’t fix the car so now I’m stuck with it with no solution and it’s a new issue all the time. The gas reads wrong, the steering is messed up, the tire light is always on, the engine light is always on, and etc. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

I requested information of the carfax and a quick walk

I requested information of the carfax and a quick walk video of the truck I like. Never received. My initial salesman was Dan, really hard to find him available. After 15 days I CALLED and I spoke with Cody and he told me that in 5 min is going to have everything for me. After 48 hours I didn’t hear anything. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Jimmy Van Dyke was the agent who helped us find a car for

Jimmy Van Dyke was the agent who helped us find a car for my daughter. I was very pleased with his help. When we inquired about a car that was listed online, he was very helpful and answered all our questions. During our visit he put us at ease and went over every detail of the car thoroughly. When I asked probing questions, he did not shy away from answering those that he could and did more research to assuage our concerns. I never felt any pressure to close the deal quickly. I appreciated his patience with us and his professionalism. It was a good shopping experience.

I go in for test drive which I never got I had money to

I go in for test drive which I never got I had money to throw down for a down payment it wasn't enough I told them I'll have it in a wk On next paycheck I get phone call back from same place but different person about my inquiry told them the same info they want me to set up a date I told them wk from last time I was there and to set up test drive I receive another phone call from different person at same place and I have what they wanted for down payment now the vehicle is gone and they clearly were not out to help at all I was very disappointed when they knew that's what I was looking at and was ready to drive away felt like they just wanted the money and didn't actually care because things I told them I had to re explain an to more than one person.

Be careful!!!

Called about a car. They said it was a new acquisition and had to go through there maintenance and they would call-when it was done. They said we would have first shot at it. When we went to see if they were done, they said it was sold!!!! Not a good way to treat customers!
