Excellent used truck buying experience!!!
Found the truck I was interested in online on a Sunday, got a text from Big Mike on Monday morning. Super amazing gentleman. I had meetings all day but we walked through what I was looking for via text. We had a deal mapped out by Wednesday and by Friday morning, I was on a plane flying to Detroit. Buying a car sight, unseen is always a little nerve racking but I knew Big Mike would take care of me. After 500 miles in the air, Ryan from City Wide picked me up at the airport to transport me to the dealership. Ryan was awesome and very friendly. Really a great guy to pass the trip time. I get in and Big Mike greets me. After test drive, found a few unforeseen issues that just comes with used cars. That is the thing that people need to remember, these are used cars. There is a reason they are $20k instead of the MSRP of $60k. So, Big Mike and I discussed some options. Ended up they had another newer and less mileage truck that had all the features I wanted. Big Mike and his team really put in work to get the deal done so we were both walking away with smiles and a good comfortable feeling. Can’t thank you and your team enough! Excellent experience and good to see there are honest, reliable and caring used car dealers out there. City Wide will definitely get my business again when time to upgrade or get another vehicle.

My experience
Horrible experience. Salesman was very upset I didn’t decide to buy vehicle. Guess he should make the payments for me. Other salesman stopped him in the middle of his rant then sent me manager. It was interesting. I don’t recommend.

Brian, I am sorry you had a bad experience. I am not sure where the breakdown was in communication. I was willing to work with you on the payment but as I explained the bank sets the rate for you loan not the dealership. I am sorry if I didn't explain this well enough. We do our best not to be pushy car sales people. Again I apologize if we came across that way. GMC Acadia
No high pressure sales. Kind and knowledgeable salesman, Dana. Enjoyed the experience. Haven't had the vehicle serviced yet but we will see. I would recommend this dealership.

No prices No sales never fill a credit application until you have firm price interest rates they make more money when they raise interest rates buyer beware!

Jerry, I am sorry you had a bad experience. All our vehicles are priced on cars.com as well as all the other major car sites. We use one system to push the price to all of them so they should have the same price. I am not sure why you think we don't have prices. As for interest rate, no one can give you an exact interest rate with out first filling out a credit application and submitting it to the bank for approval. Because these rates change all the time we must have a full credit application to get exact numbers. Interest rates are based on the banks and what you get approved for, this has nothing to do with us. Your welcome to go to your own bank and get a loan before you come in, we help people do that all the time. I am not sure of your exact issues you ran into but I am always happy to help correct them. Bob D. Was able to finance us and worked to get the deal done. He was also able to arrange for DVD player to be installed in the car I picked out (for the grandkids). Everyone was very friendly when we came in and we would definitely go back in the future when the time comes.

Bad credit was OK
Wish I could have gotten a truck but the SUV will have to do until I can build my credit. Everyone was very friendly. I will probably go back to check out trucks when I'm ready.

Caution
Temporary tags on my vehicle have now expired and still no title from this dealer even after numerous phone calls. While I realize the purchase of the used vehicle is ‘as-is,’ I’ve made costly repairs to make the vehicle road worthy and still have tires to buy. Avoid this dealership.

Not sure about the title, but as for the vehicle, all our vehicles are safety inspected and are road worthy before we sell them. Most of our titles are completed in less than 30 days unless there is a problem with the deal. I am always happy to help where I can. Hard to trust a review when someone wont give their real name. Steer clear of this dealership
In mid-May I purchased a truck. Now, my temporary tags are about to expire and I still have no title - believe I've received a run around as to where it is and have yet to learn why it took so long. While the purchase seemed like a good deal, I've put at least another 25% of the purchase price into the vehicle to make it road worthy - I understand the 'as-is' purchase but believe there needs to be some honest disclosure at the time of sale.
