City Wide Auto Credit

I had my eye on an '08 Avalanche. On a late Thursday evening, I called and spoke with Chuck to see if the vehicle was available. Friday morning, I made the trip to the Oregon, OH location from Grove City, OH (2.25 hour trip). I met Chuck within minutes of arriving and I was driving the truck within 10 Minutes. Chuck was VERY personable and engaging during our time together. My limited interaction with Dana, loan guy; I believe went accordingly. During my time at their location the staff was cordial enough. Simply put, the Avalanche was there and available - I wanted it. There was no "bait & switch". There were no high pressure sale tactics, up-saling or other shenanigans presented to me. My purchase was straight-forwarded. I would purchase another vehicle from City Wide Auto Credit, again.

Purchased vehicle I found on cars.com. Had a great experience with the dealership. The only reason I gave them a 4 on facilities is because the lot is small for the number of vehicles on it, which makes it hard to get around.

When i went to City Wide Auto I didn't know they would treat me like family.They were very informative about the cars and allowed me to make my choice with no pressure. They let me put money down to hold the car I wanted. I was looking for a 8 seater SUV and they had one when other dealers didn't. I would recommend City Wide to all my friends. What a great experience.
