I never leave 1 star reviews but Ashley bent over backwards to deserve it. She was very rude to me twice over the phone. I told her via email and later... on the phone that I’m calling from 400 miles away and would appreciate a walkthrough. She told me the first time that she will find a salesperson to give me a video walkthrough and that they are super busy, and yes she didn’t PROMISE on a legally binding paper with wax stamps that a walkthrough will be given but she said she will try to find a salesperson. No call back for at least 4 days. I called her again today and she started barking back about how short staffed they are and how POPULAR the truck is. The truck in question has been on the lot for almost a year. Has been reduced by almost $10k - that’s how “popular” it is. I can count on one finger how many people are interested in the truck right now. She had the audacity to tell me - despite me telling to be calm - to go buy a truck in Virginia and that she’s not “going to bend over backwards for someone who might not even buy the truck”. I understand everyone is stressed out, but it’s pretty much standard practice during covid-19 to do virtual walkthroughs NATIONWIDE! You’re not bending over backwards Ashley but if you spent a little time being nicer, people might just buy your cars! God Bless you and hope your stress levels go down. I’m happy to recommend a few doctors and some sales courses near you.
We are extremely sorry that you did not get the walk around you requested, and we are sorry you feel Ashley was rude to you. The two times you called ...in we were extremely short handed and Ashley did ask a salesperson to take the video walk around for you twice...however the second time she asked the sales manager to take it for you, he informed her that the vehicle was sold. Ashley should have reached out to you and inform you that we no longer have the vehicle in stock but our general manager asked her to perform an additional job function that took her away from her desk for 2 days and she forgot to contact you back because she was not at her desk. We realize that you live in Virginia and we are far away from each other so again we apologize for the inconvenience and if there is anything we can do for you in the future please do it hesitate to contact us. Not impressed with the customer service I received from this dealership. During these trying times I’m sure they’re under stress with the closures. I’ve... went the email route only to blown off by the salesperson I was working with. They stopped all correspondence and when my final email was just to inquire what happened, the reply was short, condescending, and just rude. Not at all impressed with your dealership.
We are extremely sorry you feel that you had a negative experience with one of our sales staff. They are doing their best to provide all customers wit...h the information they want given the tools they have to work with from home considering the dealership is closed. It is extremely difficult to provide accurate lease and finance quotes because our internet staff does not have access to any banking information and in order for a quote to be provided it must be submitted to a financial institution and that cannot be done without a finance manager. It is also very difficult to interpret a person's emotion through an email so we don't know how you could say their response was rude, condescending and short but we would like to rectify this situation with you immediately. The mechanics definitely did in-depth diagnostics in trying to locate the source of the check engine light that has repeatedly been coming on.

Recently purchased the 2021 Kia Seltos! My experience from start to finish took maybe 2 hrs if that! Kamille is Amazing! Walked me through it all! No pushy... sales! Awesome!!! Was able to test drive the vehicle! Love my new car and what an amazing and easy experience!
