I gave these people several chances and I had the worst experience at a Lamborghini dealer I've ever had. They advertised a car that wasn't ready to even buy for over 2-3 weeks... I kept getting told they were waiting on this... and then that... 3 weeks later and the car still isn't ready. The market drops and they say they are giving me less for my trade while i wait on them.... However, their vehicle being overpriced by at least $11,000 didn't matter....... My trade value dropped while waiting for them and they didn't even offer to adjust any pricing, given I solely was waiting on them......... Seemingly just greedy people and practices, seemingly only concerned with maximizing how much money they can milk from you for overpriced cars.... I called to express dissatisfaction with poor communication and delivery and was met with attitude from an unconcerned female receptionist, who relayed exaggerated and inflammatory messages to management.--------- Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I've bought over a dozen high ticket cars.

Snobby. If you don't go in there well dressed they assume you don't have a lot of money. They were wrong. Off to LA to get what I want.

I bought my 2017 Lamborghini Huracan from Nolan Reilly at O’Gara Coach San Diego and he was very professional the whole transaction and also made it a fun experience considering I am on the other side of the country. I called into the dealership on a Saturday and came to a deal with Nolan within the first hour of us talking. Nolan was very responsive and respectful. I give him a 10 out of 10 on across all aspects on buying a car! Sean Beardsley the F&I manager was also very responsive and easy to work with considering I am on the other side of the country.

Very nice
I didn’t go to buy anything but the people were extremely nice and hospitable. They we’re able to tell me a lot about the cars and they let me sit one and start it. Keep in mind they knew I wasn’t there to buy.

Worse ever service
I bought a car from their La Jolla showroom for over $150k and as soon as the car was mine, they turned their back on me. They gave me the car with floor mats that were from another model They stored the car for me in Beverly Hills since I was out of the country and when I received the car it had a scratch in the rear. It is a $500 repair and they will not do it. I have proof that the car was delivered to storage scratch free and received it back with the scratch. How cheap of a company with the worse customer service. They lied to me that the car was a trade in from a local guy, but it actually came from TEXAS. Te used car sales person from La Jolla, was absolutely rude to me on the phone after not returning my calls. Spoke to Shawn the manager of the dealer and he seems very nice and respectful. He sent me after market floor mats, even though I sent an invoice to them for Mercedes floor mats (something better than nothing still) He never called me back about the scratch just had the sales guy give me quote to fix it. I leased an expensive car from Beverly Hills before for 2 years and had no issues. They do not deserve to have mature clients and treat them like dirt. I will let everyone I know not to buy from them. Enough of this rude treatment and cheap attitude. I asked for the owners email from sales in Beverly Hills and never received it.
