Bergstrom Chevy in Madison
My agent was Josh Haugh, and he is the reason I purchased from Bergstrom Chevrolet in Madison instead of one of the other dealerships I visited. Josh was easy going and personable from the get go, and was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Josh, and that the new 2022 silverado LT trail boss is awesome! The new interior redesign is amazing, and the main reason I waited for it and didn't go with a Sierra or F150.

Apparently they don’t want my money
Does this dealership want to sell a vehicle? I visited the other day, and no one come to talk to me the whole 45 minutes I walked through the lot. I even tried to say hello to an employee and they ignored me. Couple days later I called and asked about a vehicle. Salesman said he would call back in five minutes. Finally called back three hours later to say the car isn’t available. Apparently they didn’t want my money.
Jesse in the Service Department is top notch
I had my 2016 Colorado towed in, fully expecting the warranty that I purchased when I bought the truck from another dealer to cover the repairs. Jesse, from the service department, spent so much time on hold trying to get thru to them, that I finally said I would deal with them later, and to fix my truck. Jesse was so patient with me, and I felt like he was really there for me every step of the process. It is hard to find such great customer service these days. Kudos to Jesse and his team. I will definitely be taking my truck back for future repairs.

Our initial impression was an easy 5 Star review. Our salesman was new to the company by his own admission, but did a WONDERFUL job. We were extremely impressed. When we called to follow up with him to express the desire to move forward with the sale we were transferred to the wrong voicemail twice, spoke to two different receptionists explaining our desire to get in contact with our salesman, left a message including our phone number with one of the receptionists ( explaining something was wrong with the voicemail) , and at the end of the day we never received a call back. Although we understand Saturdays are surely busy, we are suddenly uncertain about a possible future transaction we felt SO GOOD about a few hours ago. ( We left the dealership at about noon and tried to get in contact with SOMEONE to assist us from 1:30PM on without anyone following up with us)

Very good dealership to work with. My salesman was excellent.
Brett was AMAZING;) I met him on my 1st visit to the dealer while getting a vehicle repaired. I came back to see him a month later to purchase my new vehicle. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and requests and was accommodating. Everyone was very nice and did a great job. I drove away with my new Equinox that evening.

My experience of buying a used car with Bergstrom Chevy of Madison was outstanding - since I didn't have the final paperwork done with my bank for financing, they let me take the vehicle home with proof of full coverage insurance on my current vehicle, and let me come back a week later with all the paperwork from my bank, to finalize the purchase. So awesome they are willing to do something like that for customers! Much nicer than being pushed or forced into anything on the first day. Highly recommend.

I saw the vehicle on cars.com that seemed to fit my budget and what I was looking for in a car. Having already test-driven the same model at a different dealership I knew what to expect from the vehicle itself, so I just wanted to make sure there was nothing drastically wrong with it before heading in to make the purchase. I called to set up an appointment, and they couldn't get me in until the next day. Of course, this was no problem and to be expected. The next day I turn up to the dealership for my appointment with Adam, ready to do business. Me and a friend sit down in his office, and Adam tells us that someone must have moved the car, and he would just be a few moments. Fast forward 20 minutes of waiting in the office, and Adam comes out and tells us that the car is currently in the service queue for a small dent, therefore I can't test drive or buy today. Of course this was a bummer, but he apologizes and tells me that he will give me a call first-thing in the morning after talking with the service technicians. This was now two days ago, I still haven't gotten a call, and I have never had my time wasted in such a way before.
