Super communicative, searched nationally for available stock and then got an allocation for me to order directly. Pleasant, followed through..... thank you.

Throughout the vehicle's configuration process, locating a vehicle which met my requirements, obtaining approval to redirect the vehicle to Lehman's, providing updates on the delivery, having to wait out the COVID-19 shutdown, finally making the arrangements to complete the 'virtual' sale and 'social safe distancing' delivery, Mary Abruzzese has been a true professional. Additionally, many years of experience with the service department was the significant consideration in choosing Lehman Volvo.

After seeing the car I wanted on Car Gurus, I emailed the night before and said I would be in the next morning to drive. I told the salesman that I need to be out in two hours to get home to Bethlehem, PA for an appointment. He accommodated and in two hours I traded in an XC90 and drove home in a new one.

We were really impressed with Stacy, our sales representative. She was knowledgeable, super responsive, and she worked to make the whole sales process an enjoyable experience - something that I rarely find when shopping for a vehicle. The dealership as a whole was very nice.

We will purchase another Volvo In the future because of the service department. We look forward to purchasing another XC60. Best dealership service department that we have ever dealt with.

Called and spoke with Sean in service. He was able to get me in for an inspection and emissions inspection with a 3 day notice. My vehicle was washed and brought into their garage for me.
