I went to the dealership to purchase a new Sportage. The sales consultant was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but was very accommodating and... friendly. Luckily I had done my research prior to arriving at the dealership.
My experience with purchasing my brand new 2018 Kia Soul was a pretty easy and smooth process. Everyone I worked with (Kurt, Gary, & Stephanie) we’re... all very nice to me and my daughter and explained everything as we went every step of the way. We’ve even had to stop back by because this car has more technology than I’m use to and they seem truly happy to help me learn to use everything). I’m very happy with my buying experience. I bought a 2018 Kia Optima on 12-2-17 from Mo. I went to this dealership with the mindset that I wasn’t looking for anything in particular. Mo approached... me almost instantly, he was very professional and willing to help me choose the right car. I told him that I was just looking, he respected that and told me he was available if I had any questions. I found the Kia Optima shortly after and asked him if I would be able to test drive it. He rode with and explained all the different features that were available in the car. After the test drive I decided this was the car for me. Throughout the whole process Mo was very helpful with any questions that I had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the professionalism that Mo showed from start to finish.

Peter listened to us about the amount we wanted to pay monthly for a vehicle. My wife is disabled so she has certain requirements to make it easy to get... in & out of a vehicle for her and Peter allowed her to test the vehicle before I even test drove it. I work a lot so he even was patient about when we could come in to fill out the paperwork.
I felt that the explanation of leasing was explained until I totally understood and that they wouldn't let me sign until I did. Blair was so patient... explaining the bells and whistles. I will be back for some re-teaching. Not Blair's fault. There is so much and such a difference from my old car.

I went in to Bergstrom really on a whim. I'd been shopping (primarily online) for a Soul. I live in Green Bay and was in Appleton to have lunch with friends,... and decided to look at a Kia dealership. I was greeted right away by a salesperson (Mo), who was friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. He first showed me a new 2016 Soul, and though I looked at several others, I was taken with the 2016 right away. Although I was determined NOT to buy a car that day, I did leave with it. The visit did take considerably longer than I would have expected. There were some issues with the financing documents (the finance person was new), and I was never shown all of the financing options Mo told me I would see. I have some experience in the finance industry, so I was able to do the math myself to determine I was getting the best option. I felt the sales manager (I believe his name was Kevin) was a little pushier than I would prefer, but that's just personal preference really. All in all, it was a good experience, and so far I LOVE the car!
