Excellent customer service

They were able to fit us in with no appointment since we couldn't come back during the week. Was extremely informative and up front about costs. Got us a loaner, and finished the car early. They were excellent. Clean, friendly even had free cookies which the kids loved.

Very helpful and not pushy at all

Had many great conversations with their sales people. None of them have been pushy even when we said the time to buy was not right for the time being. They have continue to help with our search for the perfect jeep that will fit our needs.

New 2017 Sorento

Transmission went out on our van heading home on a Friday afternoon and limped it to the dealer. Left the van for a diagnostic and they gave me a loaner vehicle as I had work the following morning. Went back that Monday and had by far the easiest car buying experience of my life. Friendly, attentive staff all the way around. And they were very thorough in explaining all options when it came down to paperwork time. Son will need his first car soon and I will absolutely be going back here. Highly recommend going here if your looking for a new vehicle.

Love this dealership

The whole dealership is so nice, from the front desk, salespeople to the managers. And I loved it, that it was no problem to bring in my Dog, even on a test drive No problem! We both felt really comfortable.

Soul for Soul

I went in looking for a used vehicle to replace my 2012 Soul. My salesperson Lee anx the management staff made it possible to acquire a new 2016 Soul. The process was seamless and my wife and I are pleased with the vehicle, the deal, and the dealership!

Connie and Mike

I would not recommend this car dealership. The salesman was very knowledgable but the sales manager was not good at explaining all the details of the sale. He took for granted that we were buying all the extended warranties. He did not ask us and added them into the final price. We noticed it the next day. They corrected the sale. My husband and I thought that they should treat older people better than they did.

Service dept is great!

I have had to take my car in for warranty work. They get it done and the process is seamless. Everyone is friendly and they even let me borrow a car to use til work is complete, without any hassle. Also, trying to find a car for my daughter who is extremely small is hard. Christopher and his new successor are helping me, knowing I am taking my time! They aren't pushing me or giving up on me. It's been awesome working with them!

2017 Kia Sportage

1 1/2 years ago I had the pleasure of leasing my Kia Optima from Peak Kia Chapel Hills. Since then my family situation has changed and it became necessary for me to purchase an SUV. Although I thought go to Peak, I sent out email request and called various dealerships inquiring as to the lease price of a new sportage and the value of my trade. Heather Shannon/Internet Manager at Peak Kia Chapel Hills contacted me promptly it was a very pleasurable and personable conversation in which she determined what I was trying to accomplish. She supplied me with the information I was looking for and answered all my questions. After comparing her info with the marginal info received by other dealers, I went to Heather to make my purchase. She introduced me to Vic and Jerimah her Used and New Car managers as well as Jeff the General Manager. They were fantastic to work with and answered any questions I had. I was expecting something to change from Heather and my previous conversation, but everything was as she said. The purchase experience was perfect from start to finish and Martin in the business office was quick and transparent when it came to completion of the finance paperwork. Heather explained all the equipment on my new vehicle and even took time to link my Bluetooth with the vehicle and show me all the features. Peak Kia Chapel Hills and Heather, I'll be back for my next vehicle!

Happy

Just bought a car last week. Tyler and Heather are awesome and make sure needs are met. Battery was the only down fall. It tested good last week but then died repeatedly this week. Went back today and they gave me a brand new battery. No hassle at all. Super happy with the service

Happy
