I spend over 2 weeks and used the website cars.com to find a Toyota Tundra. I specifically wanted a Tundra and I messaged figuring I would get a salesperson... ready to make a sale. I asked to see the inside and undercarriage several times. Basically, I had to call to get some more information. Then, all I got was another salesperson to send me a credit app with no regard to me asking to see some pics of the underside and to see it run since I am 6 hours away. After reaching out 2 or 3 more times,. I get a " it's going through service" response. Next time I ask again before calling for a manager, I get a reply saying they sold the truck. Needless to say, all I got was 2 weeks a run around and a credit inquiry on my credit report. Sucks because I work for Toyota and wanted a Toyota truck at a decent price. I'll never waste my time with a salesperson that can't at least fake trying to sell a vehicle. So negative reviews on customer service and buying process.
Have bought several vehicles from here. Always treated right and always get the best deal! Awesome sales staff! I recommend them to anyone looking for... a vehicle!
janesville nissan sold my daughter a 2016 versa with a dent in the roof of the car and no second key when we called them they said there is nothing we... can do bring back the car didn't tell us about the dent or the key in my buying cars over 40 years this is the worst dealer ever if you want a nissan rockford or crystal lake Louie bertone

Please don't buy your car here, there's many other better places. The salesman was very friendly and treated me very nicely, however after 2 days of having... the car, the CEL came on. I called them, and said they couldn't do anything until they diagnosed it. Quoted at $900 and were willing to give a discount. They were not ready for my car when they promised and never bothered calling me. I spent A LOT of time waiting on the phone trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the service department just to get incomplete answers. I ended up cancelling the appointment and taking my business somewhere else. Also after buying the car, my wife noticed there was no sun visor on the passenger side. That was never disclosed by the seller and when I asked they washed their hands and said it wasn't their problem and I could find one on eBay. On top of that, they sold me a car with Summer tires!! (I found out after I couldn't get up the interstate ramp during the first snowfall!) When I asked about the tires the salesman told they were probably all weather tires since that's what most cars have. Very poor service after you seal the deal. Seriously, buy your cars somewhere else!
Everyone I dealt with was very friendly! I highly recommend dealing with barry and the managers! I am extremely happy with my new purchase from them and... they were very understanding about my circumstances!
Everyone is very nice and very attentive. Baker will make sure you leave happy. Always a good experience when I go in. The service department is also a... bunch of rockstars.
Regarding the initial car viewing/exploration, I would’ve liked the sales representative we worked with to have given us more info on the various cars... and their features etc. He seemed somewhat unenthusiastic and unsure or unaware of the info for the models we were looking at. That aside, I will say that the business office/financial dept were FANTASTIC and by far the best I’ve ever come across. They did all of the financial problem solving for me without bringing any/every issue they came across to my attention. It was so nice to just relax until it was time to sign. So nice to not be stressed throughout the process for a change. They worked quickly and were very accommodating. They are the reason I will return to this dealership for another car in the future for sure.
Their service department is slow. They have extremely poor communication. They will not work with you or show concern for how their errors inconvenience... your life. Please take your car someplace else.
I brought my 2016 Nissan Rogue in for them to diagnose what was wrong with my car, after looking at it they determined it to be the Transfer Case. When... they told me that it would cost $4,400.00, I started looking elsewhere. Bottom line is I found a used one $2,500.00 cheaper than a new one (used with 2,000 miles certified). I had the Chevy dealership in town replace it. The problem was not in the transfer case, and once I realized I just made a pretty pricey repair to my car that it DID NOT need I called Janesville Nissan where they took zero responsibility for mis-diagnosing the problem. I asked for a refund for the mis-diagnosis and the manager Mark said NO. He did offer to re diagnose the car but after wasting close to 2 grand on their first diagnosis why would I do that.
Great people to work with. Easy buying process. Would recommend to buy a vehicle from their dealership. They have an outstanding facility and a great inventory... to choose from!
